Will struggle to write 100 characters. Simple hall with a big Sun Yat-Sen bust inside. Big forecourt and bland architecture. Do as part of a walk through the pedestrian streets.

This is a rather new (1983) memorial to Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Donated by a Hong Kong property developer of Zhongshan origin, it has a rather small collection of photos and articles about the life and thoughts of Sun and his wife. As expected, patriotic education is a main theme and content is quite limited. The park around the building is serene. Free admission.

well I should say only those that are interested in the history of Dr Sun will find it interesting, nothing much if those going with kids that they do not know who DR SUN is.

Memorial building for the Father of Modern China, very interesting display of photographs of the last 100 years detailing the revolution that overthrew the Qing Dynasty. About 30 minutes drive south of downtown ZS.
