About
Yes, it is a little quirky (casino meets theme park meets spa) but that’s what makes this destination so interesting. Relax and have a massage and a unique cultural experience at one of the city’s most popular spas.

Staff don't get paid properly here. They get paid only on tips, and 15% of that is taken by Queens Spa. So when you pay 200 for your massage, there is a mandatory 80 rmb tip as minimum, and you are guilt tripped into paying...More

I have been coming here for 18 years. Every year they promise they are renovating and training staff. Yet every year they get worse and worse. Ignore the guidebooks and skip this place. You will be harassed for tips. There are cockaroaches. The customer service...More
