SeaWorld has a lot of restaurants and bars and is easy to get to on the Shenzhen Metro. They also have a good water and light show in the evening which is worth seeing.

The gardens and surrounds are quite well laid out.The ship hotel is quite impressive looking, though I couldn't find it on any hotel booking sites. The area is popular with tourists and is worthwhile visiting if you want to enjoy western style food.

The place is quite different from our conventional impression of mainland Chinese cities. It is not crowded and with many nice international cuisine restaurants. The signs, menus and notices there are often bilingual, and the staff working there appears to be able to communicate at least with simple English. Also, the fountain show at night is quite impressive. Overall speaking,... More

A lot of western food restaurants and bars, nice beautiful water show at night. There is a subway station which brings you right there, named "Sea World" - take Exit A.

I like this area for dining as we get tired of Chinese Food. You can find pretty much any kind of cuisine you might want. Nice to walk around. Interesting bar on the top of the boat. I just wish there were some nice shops here.

Nice place to visit to walk leisurely, taking in sea world sites, restaurants, shopping. Not a huge place so very easy to get around and relaxing.

Sea World is probably the best known hangout place for foreigners in Shenzhen. An impressive range of cuisines to choose from including halal Muslim food from a large number of local and western style restaurants. There are coffee and ice cream places. On weekends, there is a very colorful and musical dancing fountain show. Lacks a kids indoor play area... More
