This is a major outdoor wet market in downtown Xiamen. Close to the lively Zhongshan Road, the Eighth Market offers everything from meat, seafood to vegetable for local residents. There are also some food stalls and eateries that cater to tourists. Some of the oldest restaurants are scattered around the market as well. Do spend some time here when exploring the Fujian city.

This is one of the best local market. It operates from morning to night. Night time is more like a seafood market, Yuli can not your seafood and let the restaurant cook for you.
