Wonderful temples one hour from Seam Reap by car.
You can combine it with Beng Mealea.
Start early and visit Beng Mealea at first before tourist groups arrive.

We just finished visiting Koh Ker group yesterday. It was the best experience to explore the Shiva temples about 8 temples in total with some temples has big Shiva linga in the middle. As we are Hindo religion we are appreciated and interesting that city. We would recommend our relative to visit that city.

Very impressive pyramid which you would not expect in this location. The temple is a ruin but charming. Worth a visit.

Unlike the Hindu temples around it the Kor Ker Ziggurat is like those in Central America and Babylon Sumer. It is constructed with precision cuts which shows more of an alien origin then Hindu. You can see that by all the temples in the area which are inferior in construction. It is known that the ones in Sumer were or the gods to land on with their sky chariots. The on here has a big hole in the center for possible thrust rockets to fire. Steep stairs are for protection as anyone could be pushed off. This structure is off the beaten path and few find it. Look what you miss in you package tours and go with trailtoangkortours.com personalized to see things.
