Went there on Tuesday evening and it was closed. The staff barely speaks Eng and my driver have to translate for me. I guess the teacher(s) was not around at that time. I was disappointed as I really wish to see the kids art and hope my son would learn something here.

You can't really expect toddlers to get excited about temples, but my daughter Esme (approaching 3 years old) was thrilled to spend an hour with Yuko-san and two teachers applying watercolour, acrylic, markers, pencils basically all manner of drawing implements to a paper fan. The school had a treasure trove of such instruments all at her disposal, which she took... More

I took my 3 year old son to the Khmer Kids Art Gallery to take an art class. We were greeted warmly by Yuko and the art teacher, Hay. They both stayed with us through the lesson and were flexible and helpful. They have very high quality art supplies from Japan which impressed me. I thought the crayons were oil... More

I took my children to this school this morning to learn more about the program. We were greeted by the schools founder, Japanese art teacher Tomoko and her staff. We left just so inspired by the work they are doing to help underprivileged Khmer children. The school is predominantly funded by Tomoko personally so works are offered for sale and... More

Great place to visit. It's an art school for underpriviledged local children founded by a Japanese art teacher. It's very friendly and welcoming and you'll be greeted with enthusiasm. You can buy art works or postcards and greetings cards drawn by the children and thus support the work of the school. I'm late posting this review. When we visited last... More

What a wonderful, professional setting for local students to be creative and display their work! Tomoko and Yuko do a great job providing opportunity for the children of Cambodia.

The small art school (SAS) is self financed school which was the dream of Tomoko but is managed and controlled by Yuko who like Tomoko is doing wonders for the young children of Cambodia a lot of whom would not be given this opportunity. Together with Tomoko and Yukon I also met some of the students -Hay, Bandeth, Kunthea, shopkik... More

I am so glad I decided to visit the Khmer Kids Art Gallery. The children are all very talented and the art work is amazing. The lady who runs the school (sorry I can't remember her name) is very passionate about the school and the children. She is an amazing woman to talk to. She was telling me about one... More
