We loved our cooking class with Charlie, what a character. My two daughters aged 10 and 14 completely participated and he made them laugh. The food was classic for Cambodia and not too complex to make but great flavours and some good tips. Charlie is obviously a great chef but needs to work on his basket making - hilariously showed... Great experience, wonderful folks. Do not miss. And I don't even cook. They are warm and accepting and it is well organized. Enjoyable.

We had 'Charlie' as our chef for the day. There was a trip to a local market offered which some people went along to (we stayed and had a drink at the cottage as we had been there a few times before). Afterwards chef told us we would be making fresh spring rolls, amok fish curry then fried bananas with... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the class. Fascinating ( though hot and sweaty) trip through the market. Lovely cool towel back at tbe cottage. The demonstrations were informative and we could ask questions and taste along the way. All courses were fun to prepare and delicious to eat. Loved the laugh of our chef Charlie. Highly recommend this class.

Organised through our hotel (Chronicle Angkor) and we were happy to find a quaint cottage with individual cooking stations! We had Charlie the chef guiding us through and he was very good at demonstrating and explaining cooking techniques and ingredients. Made some delicious dishes - spring rolls, amok fish curry and fried banana - and got to eat them for... More

Having done several cooking classes on trips, this was your typical tourist diversion. I was hoping for higher level instruction given the much higher price compared to other cooking schools in the area (almost double). In addition to the cost of the class, water was not provided, so if you didn't bring extra cash, you could easily pass out from... More

We had chef Charlie, he was very charming and cool! I enjoyed the tour of the local market and his explanations were easy to understand! Given the opportunity I would definitely do it again! Cheers!

This is the only cooking course I've done in the area, but I was not disappointed. The teacher, Saben, was great, knew her stuff and had a sense of humour too! The market trip at the start was eye opening and a good experience. The dishes were very simple to make and tasted great. It was also ALOT to eat!... More

Really professional, clean, great funny chef and a great meal. We even got a certificat, a bag with spices and a little book with the recipes. We also went to the market, but didn't have to buy anything, all the ingredients were already prepared for us. We made fresh spring rolls, amok fish and fried bananas. Alltogether an amazing experience!
