The old bridge is great, the best part of this area is the people. Little township with a reasonable sized markets, a visit to the Help2Help facility and their restaurant is a must do.

The Khmer built bridge is an amazing structure, in line with all the other fantastic buildings in Cambodia. It is daunting to see the achievements of this race when you copare them with todays Khmer people.

60km south east of Siem Reap on the main N6 highway is this bridge. Its called Preah Tis Bridge and is in the village Kompong Kdei. At almost 300ft long it has a Naga serpent at each end. It is at least 900 years old. A recent bypass means that the N6 just scoots around it.
