This is another temple , with nice dancers and soldiers at the wall. The restauration is not the best, many places with only stones and stones. but you can enjoy the time. If you have time go .

Why I say that? I took a number of pictures which were like looking out at a framed painting. Beautiful!

Not only this but all temples are the best place to see. The hidden history which need to be seen and the work done behind that.

Banteay Kdei was originally erected as a Buddhist monastery and once a home to 2740 monks. This temple is not as popular with tourists as some of the others but it is well worth a visit. The carvings in the ruins are beautiful.

This is a fantastic, photogenic and quiet temple. When we visited, we were the only ones there and got several "WOW" shots.

We visited Banteay Kdei around midday and were struck by how quiet it was considering how interesting and fascinating it is. Part of the 'small circuit', it's located near Srah Srang (the huge manmade lake). It's said to be built in the 'Bayon style' which...More

This is a stunning temple. Very uneven when walking and beware of banging your head!! This temple is a photographers dream, plenty of images and carvings on the walls. Not so many tourists visit so you have plenty of time to take photos. Cannot describe...More

If you're at Angkor and have done a lot of the temples that most will have gone to, this is a lovely little diversion. Very quiet but still some incredible carvings on the walls. Not as well maintained as other temples, but still worth seeing...More
