Lovely place to sit and enjoy watching life go by. Sadly, during this time we observed a lady with a young girl in a wheelchair walk around for a least 4 hours asking for money.

Central square is always busy with people and families. The coffee you can find here is good and inexpensive. Lots of families and couples hang out here. Great place to people watch.

The square looks the centre of the city life. It didn't feel particularly bolivian. Rather colonial spanish place like many squares in Latin America. It was nice just to seat there and watch people
