This is a peaceful learning center of nature. Lovely trails to walk, animals to learn about. A few Birds are caged, including an eagle while they await to be released into the wild.

The LSC houses a number of raptors and birds of prey (a bald eagle, a peregrine falcon, a hawk, a couple turkey vultures, and several different kinds of owls), and the caretakers seem to do a good job there. The grounds were well-kept, and I...More

My friend and I loved learning about all the beautiful birds as owls are my favorite but were a bit bummed that the buildings closed at two. Look forward to checking it out again at an earlier time of the day.

I went here when the main part of the center was closed, but you can still walk around outside and see the raptors in their cages. The center has done some great work rescuing many different birds of prey, including eagles, falcons, and owls. The...More

Wonder raptor exhibits with knowledgeable staff and excellent age based programs. There camps are educational and interactive. The kids are learning and come home exhausted after great day. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
