This is a great accessible museum and a nice place to introduce children to art. Because admission is free, spending short amounts of time over several visits can accommodate the attention span of younger children. The wide spaces are also stroller friendly.

Admission is free to the art museum & for people on a budget, this is perfect. We went on a rainy day, so it was a perfect cheap, all-day activity. There was so much to see, make sure you block off a couple of hours,...More

Good option to do a trip with a student that does not involve thousands of people and sports - interesting collection, old and new. Worth a visit!

I came for a special exhibit and didnt have time to visit all of the permanent collection. Nonetheless, I was impressed and will return. It is a small collection, but it has impressive South Asian and European pieces.

For a University museum the collection is quite diverse. Since the expansion of the exhibition space a few years back, the shows have been more broadly displayed and much of the archived material is now on display. Always a notable stop when on campus.

What a gorgeous place to sit and wander about --- the architecture almost takes away from the art on the walls IMHO. Plan to spend HOURS here!

No, sorry. The museum uses Mondays, as most do, to clean the galleries and shift art.
