The church is a very nice an modern church. In the back there is a corner dedicated to the people working in the mining industry. The museum is nice but not very large. You go down in a small hallway where you can ask questions...More

The tunnel below the church is a must seen in Oruro. Inside the church I would also recommend the paintings specially the one at the rear end.

We have made a good decision to visit El Socavon. First it is a nice view for Oruro from the terrace of Sanctuary. Then it is an interesting walk for 40 minutes in underground historical corridor.

It´s a really intresting place. To see the conextion of andine culture and catholic believe. Also the mine is really intresting. The guided tour is a bad joke. I never saw an dumbly guide in mi whole life.
