Not much here - just an empty plaza and a bunch of people hanging out in the shady areas and a few vendors selling sketchy wares.

This small neighbourhood sits south of Sucre, overlooking the main city centre. It's a bit of a hike on foot to reach the summit, so a taxi would be advised for anyone with walking issues, especially as the thin atmosphere adds to the otherwise OK...More

If you have the time you should go to have a view over the city. but that's about it. there is nothing really special about it...

Worth the walk to get a good view of the city. Interesting architecture. Peaceful place to relax or enjoy some time away from the central city

Great place at the top of the hill. Wonderful views, vendors and relaxing atmosphere. Be sure to get a beer at the restaurant below.

I was a bit disappointed coming here. I think I had higher expectations for some reason.. I was imagining a massive view on a massive hill but it's just a very basic lookout point. Good walk however if you want some fitness.
