Definitely something interesting to do for an afternoon. It’s a one trick pony in the way you are only going to see the wall . For us it was enough. You might as well do the hard hat tour to get a “little” closer. Start by taking the Dino bus from Mayo 25 park . You won’t miss it it’s a big double decker red bus with Dino on it. It’s 15 bol for round trip which is a deal. Once in the park you can pay for the tour. We left at 11 from the park (get there a few min early and stand in middle so you can look for bus) and then our tour was from 12-1250 or so . Then we took the 1:30 bus back. You will want to wear comfortable shoes and bring sunblock. Also there was a lot more walking involved then I had planned ( a big incline switch back ramp up to the ticket counter) and then going down for the tour and back up so I definitely felt like I did a little hike.
There is a little restaurant but it mostly sold ice cream so I would also bring snacks or drinks for your time there
So in conclusion- will it change your life? Maybe not but is it just a cool thing to do because it’s here? Yes

Interesting place to visit. No wheelchair facility if you wanna see the footprints closer. But it’s an attraction for all ages and very interesting. Info are available in English and Spanish. The guide is good and provide good knowledge in English and Spanish. Worth visiting if you have time in Sucre. Easy to reach! Just 6 km from downtown. Entrance is 30 bls for foreigners and 10 bls for locals.

Got our tickets for the 11am dino bus (£5 each way bus including tour) from a coffee shop just off the square, but you can buy tickets aboard. Open top bus from the square took about 25 minutes.
They explained (in English) how fossil footprints are formed, then walked us through6 lots of life-size dinosaur models, and gave good explanations of the various species. We then walked down to tge quarry, where you could see the actual prints. Very impressive. Coffee shop, restaurant and toilets on site.

Cretacious park in Sucre, Bolivia is home to one of the largest accumulations of dino footprints in the world. Well presented by guides, in the language of your choice, makesvthe experience enjoyable and valuable.
The replicas are immense and to scale. If you want the extra climb up and down, your entry fee includes a hardhat tour right tomthe footprints. It certainly allows you to experience in a way the patterns of survival the dinos had to live with.

There is a double decker tourist bus that stops in front of the Cathedral at the main square that goes straight to the dinosaur park. It was fun riding up on the top and seeing some different parts of Sucre from that vantage point.

In the park, the models of the dinasaurs were ok if you are a kid because they were large and colourful but not what we expected. The guide that took our group around was very animated and funny so it made for a very good visit.

However, the best part of all was going down to the wall of dinosaur tracks and being in awe of just how huge these foot prints really were. Our hands in one foot print looked tiny! It was worth the walk down to see this up close.

The park has a restaurant and a gift shop as well as a small museum of dinosaur bones. Pathways in the park are very good and were kept very clean.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed visiting the Dino park. On the face of it it’s a bit out of the way - although we found getting there by public bus easy enough. There also isn’t a great deal to do there, but the rockface fossil footprints in the distance are interesting and what’s not to love about life size dinosaur models! Not a bad way to spend a couple of hours.

I went with my adult friend and we had an absolute blast! The park is informative (though more of just a base for viewing the "dinosaur dancefloor" rockface it overlooks) and has a bunch of life size dinosaur statues. There is a soundtrack of dinosaur noises playing in the background as you wander the grounds, and a little cafe that serves dinosaur themed food (though just normal westernized cafe food - the stuff most kids eat like burgers and fries). We got a kick out of it :) And fear not, they also serve beer, which you're allowed to take with you as you wander the exhibits and also play on the playground like a child.

It was really cool to see so many dinosaur tracks, and who doesn't love a cheesy dinosaur park - if you're at all playful!

My son and I went here and expected it to be a bit bigger. We were provided with an English guide, however he provided a 5-7 minute explanation mainly from a book he was holding. We walked around and looked at the dinosaur models in about 20 minutes, they are excellent representations, however there are not many of them. We didn't do the tour of the footprints.

I’ve always been a big fan of Jurassic Park and really enjoyed to learn a bit more of the dinosaur history. This place has some of the longes dinosaur footprints in the world!
