Highly disgusted by the mall management, the place is filthy and smelly. And no sense of order there even the security guards inside mall cannot give clear directions and often stare at women inappropriately. I would recommend visiting this place

This is a lovely small mall - there are lots of F&B options inside, lots of which also have outdoor seating; there are also a few convenience shops; a dry cleaners; well sized medical center; nursery; banks; travel agents; and number of other shops.
It’s generally not too busy and there is lots of good value to be had.
It is also well located within Business Bay - in between Dubai Water Canal and Dubai Mall.

This is a very pleasant little mall, a short walk from Downtown and Dubai Canal.
There is a nice outdoor area, including a running/walking track, a lay ground, outdoor exercise equipment and track for kids bikes/ scooters (which can be hired).
The mall is very well stocked with F&B options on both sides, lots of which offer outdoor seating. There is also an exchange, travel shops, pharmacy, supermarkets, book/toy shop, medical Center, nursery and the Eloquent Elephant pub is at one end of the development, within the Taj Hotel.

Located underneath the Executuve Towers development in Business Bay, Bay Avenue is packed full of a wide variety retail and food and beverage offerings, together with a medical center, travel agency, a number of hairdressers and beauty salons, florist, money exchange, mosque, dry cleaners and children’s nursery.
An ideal spot to go and grab a bite to eat at almost any time of day or attend to various aspects of life administration.
Bay Avenue consists of strips of outlets on the front and back, together with additional shops running through the middle of the development. The development is modern and attractive and the outlets well stocked and good value.

This small mall is located quite close to us, but since we moved here over a year ago, this place always seems largely neglected, no matter when you visit. It is located at the base of a large residential complex, so you would think people living here would take advantage of the easy access to shops, take-away places, restaurants, businesses (e.g. printing), and the like. It could be that its relative closeness to The Dubai Mall is a disadvantage.
Also, the shops themselves seem largely limited to eateries, although 'Brands for Less' on the ground floor has some great deals. Apart from this shop though, general shopping possibilities are poor.
Parking is easy, and there are a lot of green spaces and large pedestrian walkways, making this great for families. Yet despite this, it seems lacking in energy and customers. It is sad to see staff in the restaurants and shops just sitting around, hoping someone will come in.
Let's see if this place picks up!

This is a well stocked little mall in Business Bay, a short distance from Downtown.
The mall has lots of food and beverage offerings, multiple retail outlets (including grocery shops), plenty of health and beauty centres and a medical center.
There is also a nice outdoor area, including cushioned walking track and green areas.

Bay Avenue in Business Bay is a small but well stocked mall.
There are grocery shops, pharmacies, a large toy shop, mobile phone shops and other amenities as well as a huge range of food and beverage outlets offering a wide selection of cuisine from around the world.

It’s a small mall that served the residences at executive towers. The mall have wide varieties of restaurants and coffee shops from different cuisines. They have also a lot of stores that served the tower. Car parkings are available at mall and to serve towers too.

Hi, i am visiting Dubai with young child and old parents in Dec 2018 and i came to know via forums that boat ride at business bay Dubai is a good option to watch Burj fireworks. I need more advice on it .
