A fun place to visit! Literally a hidden treasure in Dubai - needs to explored! A themed space room game along with a space for board games and cafe. There are 4-5 option rooms to choose from. We opted for The Others - the most scariest escape room. The sound effects and ambiance are on point! The place also offers a terrace to chill out with bean bags and board games. A must visit especially when the weather is fab! Highly recommend visiting here and definitely coming back for more.

I’ve played many escape rooms around the world, and i think that Brain Game is one of my favorite!
The riddles are very creative, and once you solve it you get the feeling of satisfaction, because all riddles are related and everything make sense in the room.
They have big parkings so you don't have to worry about it. I loved the theme, the stories, the location, the price, and the lovely stuff.
I planned to play one room and i ended up playing 3 rooms in one day!
Highly recommended!

Brain Game is a family friendly activity which will help the family to stick together and input ideas to get rid of a given situation. It will help to understand your family’s strengths.
We enjoyed the game with our 13year old daughter. She wanted to attempt other rooms too.
There are 4 rooms and to begin with I suggest to go to Museum first.
We reached till the final step and time went out. Will visit again to explore other rooms too.
Strongly recommended for families.

Booked it for a team building activity for 14 of my team!
3 escape rooms: around the world, prison and museum!
Was really so much fun!
All loved it, all wanted to stay longer!
The staff there are amazing, shout out to them,

Visited the place with a group of friends yesterday after reading some Very good reviews and recommendations.
It was a first time for most of us.. So Super Excited. Excellent concept.. Kudos to that!!
But the excellence just stops there. I guess that the management has forgotten that customer service is a thing.
We had a horrible experience with the attending staff there. While in the game, one of the flimsy locks was broken (Completely unintentional, trust me!), and the attendant went bizzerk. We were rather taken by surprise by the attendants behavior and rhetorical statements. We finally had to cut it short politely and move out.
Note - This is even after we assured him to take care of the damages (For the Flimsy lock), if any.
Extremely cold, rude and unprofessional way of handling customers. Hoping that the management (senior) takes note of this and corrective actions implemented on priority.
Guys there are several places out here in Dubai for group activities where the concept of Customer Service is known and are surely a better bet.

Thank you for getting in touch with us through social media. We appreciate when players share their experience with us in order to continually improve our games.
Whenever there is a mistake from our side we apologise and accept. However, in your case I cannot do anything as we spent 3 hours in fixing the door that you have broken without any reason. It is cleared in the brand name of our concept that this is a BRAIN GAME and the same was briefed by our game master before the game, that does not require any physical skills nor to force any item during the game.
Looks like this was your first time playing an escape room and your feedback is not as valuable as other players that have been playing escape rooms around the world.
Brain Game is established in 6 countries and we have received thousand of positive comments in all social media and are available to all users to read and make there own judgement whether to visit Brain Game.

If I could give it a zero rating I would.
This wasn't the first time I'd been and my previous experience proved to be great fun so I thought this would be a wonderful experience for my daughter - how wrong was I!!
We arrived within the prescribed 15 minutes before the start and no one was there to greet us. After finding someone they said unfortunately the previous party had arrived late so we'd have to wait - the '5 mins' wait time turned into an hour! Normally I would have simply walked out and asked to re-book but as we were at the end of our holiday this wasn't possible.
Its unfortunate but the Arab staff that were present were rude and unaccommodating.
They ignored the request for hints and didn't attend even when the panic button was hit with us banging at the door for help as my daughter started to be affected by the severe alcoholic smell that arose from one of the clues.
I was shocked by the 2 members of staff on site as one would not expect this behaviour particularly in Dubai where they pride themselves on excellent customer service.
please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere....

We were a group of 4 friends and tried the orient express game out of the 4 available at this outlet. We started off pretty strong in finding clues and opened up locked up items. But around 20 minutes in the game things started going downhill extremely quickly.
First of all the quality of the equipment and the overall setting seems pretty low quality and lighting levels were poor and some clues extremely difficult to even read or understand. Surely the creator can write it off by saying this was the intention, but I'm 100% sure thats not true. This is a clear case of poor management, maintenance and lack of interest by the people to keep the game consist and up to scratch. Second issue was the quality of help/assistence provided by the team outside the room. The team for around 20 full minutes in between kept giving us clues (on the screen) on one lock which we had already opened (by chance in the first 10 minutes). The team outside had no clue what was happening inside and wasted our time exploring and looking at items which meant nothing eventually. When we told them in the end about the lock, they just said this was because we had opened clues out of sequence!! Seriouslllyyy!!!?? Now is that our fault?or was it the poor quality of clues/equipment? Why was it not made full proof?
Third - Theme for the game was solving a murder mystery, but unfortunately the story was very uninspiring (didnt even understand it) and had nothing to do with the clues which were placed inside. Clear disconnect from concept to execution.
Bottomline, avoid this game and the outlet at all costs. There are other much better outlets (Like Hint Hunt at times square) which offer unique user experience with satisfaction guaranteed in the end.
I will not visit this place again even if offered a free game!! Disappointed

As experienced couple with more than 80+ escape rooms, we can say that we enjoyed every moment in the escape room.
We had stalker escape room, it was not easy for couple, but we super enjoyed it.
The team is super friendly.
Highly recommended!

Imagine going for a holiday and then instead of the usual attractions like parks, beach and rides, you do a fun mystery game challenge in a small room. I was a but skeptical at first but when I went there and saw the whole set up of the "Around the World in 60 minutes" challenge (there are several others like Murder on Orient Express and other mysteries from Classics of Jules Verne, Agatha Christie and the like, I was amazed! Well laid out, well planned and enough there to challenge all types of puzzle solving capabilities and skills. And if you are stuck, you can ask for hints. We were 6 of us in the room and still needed a couple of hints but still loads of fun solving it, getting keys to locks and unravelling more hidden mysteries within, A must do in Dubai!

There are options for three to four rooms and each of them can involve around 4-6 people based on the room you pick.You could call them and ask for reservations and they could give you more info on the prices.
My friends and I tried it out while the groupon deal was available and hence got a really good price.
