We booked through Desert World Safari we saw on Facebook.
During dune bashing, the driver was stop by in order for us to take picture, however it was less than 3 minutes and driver was in hurry. Also, taking picture with falcon was chargeable.
Camel ride distance only 5 meter away and return and the guide was in hurry even it was not busy at all and no other people waiting.
No assistance for sand boarding and only small flower of henna tattoo for my wife.
Cannot take picture with Arabic dress due to pandemic and no belly dancing show due to Ramadan (I can understand but it was not inform since beginning and in the flyer still showing it is available until now???) common guys…
The starter was ok but the main dishes was so so.
We paid additional 100 dhs (for 2) to get VIP seat and special service because the guide told us they will have 500 tourists at night and it will be crowded for the buffet, however it was not even full and half of normal seating area are empty !!!
This was supposed to be our memorable and fun desert Safari tour but unfortunately we both end up unhappy and disappointed !

It was absolutely great. Excellent food quality. The people are very friendly, they offer reasonable prices, the desert tour wasn't too long but it was worth it for what you got. Very cold in Dubai, excellent weather in their desert camp, Dune bashing was amazing, I would recommend this to everyone looking for a Desert Safari trip in dubai.

I booked a Desert Safari for my family through Andrew at Royal Eagle Tourism. I paid, in advance, for two 4-wheel drive cars for exclusive use of my family members. Rightly so, this was more expensive than what I would have paid we joined a communal car.
Despite the large amount, Andrew refused to take payment by credit card payment. Instead, I had to make full payment at the bank before using their service.
When we arrived at the camp, there was a BBQ dinner with some entertainment. As we approached the end of the night, we were forced to curtail watching the shows as the drivers hurried us back to our cars!
On the way back, the driver included other guests in our car - despite the fact that we had paid for the car to be for our exclusive use!! My family members had to sit in the back seat while the new "additions" sat in front!
Despite several calls and messages, my request for a refund has fallen on deaf ears .... Andrew is still "investigating" the facts!
Guests, I strongly recommend you not to use Royal Eagle Tourism. Since then, I have come to know that there are many other companies doing Desert Safaris that offers a far superior experience at a much reasonable cost!

Food quality is below average. Soft drinks are not Pepsi or Coke , they’re some local brand called zamzam. Sheesha is just okay. Everyone wants to sell their own things i.e juices, shisha, pictures , longer camel ride etc. Won’t recommend unless they make their food quality better.

July 2020, I booked a desert safari ride for my family of 4. Despite the rough pandemic times this experience did not let us down. At first I wasn’t hoping for it to be good as they recently opened after being closed for 6 months (due to COVID-19). Furthermore, there weren’t that many people which was a good thing as we can roam around freely in the campsite without worrying about safety measure and social distancing.
The experience, we were picked up by our driver (Mr. Ishtiaq) in a Toyota Land Cruiser from our hotel as promised, though he did come 20 minutes late but that wasn’t an issue. It was a 30 minute drive from the hotel to the desert location (al awir), as we were close the desert we stopped by a shop to buy souvenirs, water, etc. After that the dune bashing started, the dune bashing lasted 20 minutes and was extremely fun, we stopped halfway through the safari to take pictures of the sunset. After the safari we started driving towards the campsite which was also located in the same area.
The campsite looked beautiful despite it being in the middle of no where, it was like a small oasis with date trees, fountains and pigeons on falcons. I was told by the driver that the campsite was recently renovated about a week ago. Everything they mentioned when booking was there to offer, there was three types of shows. Fire show, belly dance and tanoura dance, there was henna painting, camel riding and ATV riding. The food was alright I would rate it a 3 out of 5. There was bbq, noodles, biryani rice and some other vegetarian dishes like daal and hummus. Overall the experience was worth the money, my family enjoyed it a lot and we would like to come again.

I booked the Royal Eagle Tours desert safari through the Klook. Got a good deal and went ahead with the booking for 2 adults and 1 kid. They charge same for all age group. Overall, the experience was just okay and most of the things were done just as a checklist which they have mentioned in the voucher. Nothing more than that and the quality of service was not good at all. The pickup 4X4 SUV vehicle which is the same vehicle used for the sand bashing is dirty from inside. The driver who is also the tour guide for us hardly spoke to any of us and was talking only when we were asking something specific about this tour. He was just interested in driving us there and then back to hotel.
At the location, programs were okay but food and other free services were pathetic and very limited. You get a free one minute camel ride and small mehendi tattoo. For everything else, you have to pay. The vendors will bug you like anything for buying their products or services. If you say no, they will make comments. So in summary, avoid Royal Eagle Tours for Desert Safari or negotiate well about the tour.
