Amazing experience with MX Dubai and couldnt recommend enough. Well organised from start to finish.
We did the 3hr motorbike experience.
Private Hotel pick up was prompt in a comfortable vehicle.
Arrived, provided with all good kit and water. Introduced to the bikes, KTM and Husky, well maintained and good bikes.
Quick 10 minute blast in the compound to assess competency then we were straight out onto the dunes.
Dunes were a mixed of technical riding in soft fresh sand to some fast open tracked sections for some fast blasts. We did approx 20min runs before we stopped for a quick drink. But we rode the bikes for the full 3 hours.
At the end we were provided with fresh towels for a shower before we were transferred back to hotel.
Would highly recommend and we'll be doing it again with mx dubai when we return.

Great tour of the dunes in a dune buggy! Our guide Farooq made the tour very fun and enjoyable and drove at a pace that suited us while still getting the thrill of the dunes. Made the effort to stop at any availability to get a good photo. The pick up/ drop off service is a must as the camp is very remote and would be hard to find otherwise. The driver was prompt and picked us up and dropped us off right at our hotel door on time.

Initially I chose another agency, but as you will see from the review I gave them, they never replied - till date - so weird!
Contacted these folks via WhatsApp, we sorted out all the details and it was super smooth. One night before the outing, they reached out informing me that they prefer to reschedule as they are short on bikes due to maintenance and they do not want to give us bad rides, which I appreciated.
We rescheduled for the next week and the whole think was nice and smooth.
Few tips to improve the experience; we were not advised that the base camp had a shower area.
One of the bikes ran out of gas, and the guide (who was really nice and pleasant) didn’t have any extra fuel on hand so we lost like 30 min or so.
Beyond that it was a lot of fun!

I booked a 2 hour motorcycle ride via whatsapp from 4-6 pm. I asked for the location. He send me a google location. At 3:30 i was at the agreed location. But there was only an abandoned house. After several calls he answered and told me i need to go to a different company called „Monster“ which is 500m away. I should just say his name and they will know. So i went there and i told them his name but they diden‘t know anything about my booking. After some calls again they had no guide and no motorcycle for me and i had to left.
I rented a car just for getting there and spent 1.5 hours of driving (one direction) just for getting scamed!!!!
0/5 Stars!!!!
Don‘t go there, in Dubai are a lot of better providers.

Even though I didn't had my hotel in Dubai but in Ras al Khaimah, the guys from MXDubai picked me up and drove me all the way to them! (Great pickup service!) Everything was ready when I arrived and formalities were easily done. The instructor Iqbal Hussain is a very talented young man who made it easy to follow the convoi through the desert. And it was F. U. N.!! Amazingly, we passed dune by dune and even managed to see some wildlife along the way. Special thanks to customer support Sam Hilbers for helping to plan this trip so seamlessly. If I could, I'd give 6 of 5 stars, but unfortunately I am limited to only 5. Thank you, again. Hope to see next time 😊

it was an awesome tour of my life. I fully enjoy this tour. everything is perfect and well managed. the team was very cooperative and provide everything on time. if you go to Dubai don't miss the desert buggy tour.

Bad service, not friendly. I paid for two hours tour and they only gave me a one hour tour. Very far from dubai

Got picked up from the hotel and taken to the desert. Everything was explained to us on arrival. Thanks to all the lovely staff at MXDubai. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend!

I had a phenomenal experience with MxDubai. I have road racing experience and a little bit of off road riding experience from the New England region of the United States, but not much experience riding on sand. I adapted fairly quickly.
My tour guide, Farooq was excellent. He frequently checked over his shoulder to make sure I was still with him and adjusted his pace accordingly when he saw that I could keep up and follow his lines (we were flying). Farooq was careful to give me a hand signal to slow down before approaching a steep descent down a dune and always maintained a watchful eye even when we picked up the pace. It turns out no one else signed up for my time slot so I was fortunate to end up with a private tour with a pace set to my own riding ability. I'm sure that in a larger group ride Farooq would have made sure that even the least experienced rider would not get left behind.
If you have some dirt bike riding experience, I HIGHLY recommend doing the 4 hour tour. I hope it's not too long before I have the chance to come back.

Our experience with mxDubai started with not being picked up at our hotel. 40 minutes later someone came by to pick us up. I wish they hadn’t. All started well and it was fun and exhilarating while it lasted. Without going into too much detail, one of us smashed the buggy into a bush after having sand flicked into our eyes from the buggy in front. Our passports were being held and we ended up having to pay 1400 euros to get our passports back. This place does not cover you if you have an accident. There appears to be no insurance to cover any accidents. Please be aware of this. We don’t want someone else having our experience.
