The building is spectacular, it really is a must see. We did the 'At the Top' tour which was brilliant. Buy your tickets online, they are cheaper than buying at the ticket desk.

We booked to go to At.Mosphere bar for evening drinks so did not need tickets.

Morning you would be able to see the whole Dubai at night time when the fountain is lit it is a different beauty so depends on your preference
