We visited Dubai for a short period of time but we wanted to experience as many things as we could so it wasn't even a question that we must go on a camel riding tour in the desert. City One Tours was the best decision and we can highly recommend our tour guide, Nasr Ullah who was really kind and took amazing and creative photos of us in the desert after dune bashing. The camel riding session was also a dream come true. This whole excursion exceeded our expectations and this was one of the best experience we had during our stay in Dubai.

I was dealing with Mr. Nimit Joshi from city one tourism travel agency who helped me in processing my visa and tickets. This is not the first time i deal with him. He‘s always ready to answer all calls, reply to all questions and try to search for the best price and offers that most suits you.
He‘s so professional and straight on time to his promises to book tickets and send links for payment which make it easier for me to arrange my flights and even others.
I highly recommend referring to City One when planning your next vacation, and ask for Nimit 💪🏻 He‘ll make your life easier 😎

I got connected to City One through BNI Connect as they were also one of the member in Dubai.I mailed Mr.Punit,GM of City one and he got me connected to Mr.Arun,Reservation Manager for my travel from 21st to 31st March 2021.
Firstly Mr.Arun got connected to me instantly when he spoke to me in Tamil (Our Local Language) and there on he supported us on making and designing our itineary, he always used to tell one thing " Dont buy or book from us but u can take suggestions for free" coz i was alternatively checking with other websites and agents.
City One thank you for having such polite, down to earth ,respectful,confident,empathetic and helping member like Arun in your team, we had probably save around 1lakh in INR for booking with you.
Travellers i highly recommend to check rates with city one or any tour operators before buying tickets online especially for Yacht,Burj Khalifa,Motion Gate,Aqua venture,Doplhinarium any other recreation, Believe me you will not get a deal like what these people give.

Visa process for my parents was done in shortest possible time under One Tours by Amin Vohra. From sending passport copies to transfer of fee and receiving the Visa was smooth with just click of few messages.

I want to share my amazing experience with the "City one tourism" and would love to recommend Others for the same. Thanks to Mr. Amin for such a great arrangement. Organization was excellent from the begging till the end. There was Lots of attractions, variety of good foods & drinks, beautiful views, music on the board, well equipped ship! Will definitely suggest to go with City one tourism only,a professional tour organizer!

As we all know how difficult it is at the moment to travel and get the visas due to the pandemic. It had been a great help from City One Tourism & Travel in assisting me to get the visit visa and tickets for my mother. I cant really be thankful enough to Mr. Nimit Joshi for his great help, guidance, suggestions to plan and execute the entire process without any hassle. Most importantly in an affordable price.
I have got the Visit Visa with good Travel Insurance + Tickets. Really happy and satisfied. Most importantly trustworthy company.
Do look for Mr. Nimit, as he really takes out time in informing you all the details calmly and most importantly delivering you your request ahead of time in very affordable prices.

I applied for Dubai Tourist Visa through City One Tours Dubai and the service they provide was beyond expectation. The Visa was issued within a day and the process was so simple. Special thanks to staff Jade Mercado who was very friendly, supportive and professional in providing the services. Their fees and rates are the best in the market compared to Other online services for Visa. I am greatly thankful to City One Tours and Jade For the services and highly recommend them to everyone.

This was our first time visiting Dubai. The safari desert ride came with several activities. Nasrullah, the driver, was very patient with allowing us time to enjoy different activities without feeling rushed. He was also very informative, nice and professional. Nasrullah made sure we enjoyed the experience. He definitely was an experienced driver and appeared to be the most fun and entertaining tour guide. When we return to Dubai we will certainly purchase the desert safari again mainly to request Nasrullah as our tour guide! He helped make our experience awesome!

I recently dealt with City One Tourism and Travel regarding my mother's travel insurance for her travel to Dubai. I tried many travel and tourism agencies but did not get the proper information and some of them were even charging higher prices.
City One Tourism & Travel not only helped me obtain a travel insurance at a very reasonable price but they even provided me with useful information regarding all travel matters and procedures implemented by the government during this Covid situation.
I would also like to mention Ayra who went out of her way to help me with the insurance and all my other queries. I had a good experience with City One Tourism and was really impressed by the customer service provided.
City One Tourism & Travel not only helped me obtain a travel insurance at a very reasonable price but they even provided me with useful information regarding all travel matters and procedures implemented by the government during this Covid situation.

This is my first experience with City One Tours for international vacation package. Pleasant, patient, satisfactory and happy customer service by Mr. Nimit Joshi. Mr. Nimit booked the tickets cost effectively and the trip is arranged smoothly, cost effectively and hassle free. Each query and the smallest details of the trip was attended to patiently and satisfactorily by Mr. Nimit. I would recommend CIty One Tours to my friends and relatives for the warm and friendly service they provide.

Last week I booked the Dubai City Tour on the website and have paid for this for 2 adults but I am still yet to receive a pick up confirmation time from JW Marriott Marquis hotel on 15-06-2017. Dubai os a great place,
You need to book for a city tour where you will be shown old and new Dubai landmarks and stop to take pictures, its a half day tour.
Another day to go to Abudhabi, that a day tour. And then the desert afternoon with diner is an afternoon. After this is covered, you can go on your own to aua venture Atlantis, go on top of Burj Khalifa and see the aquarium in Dubai mall. Taxi are very easy and have working meter and everybody speaks english, have fun !

How many people do you expect to have mid July, around the 14th? Is this your busy season or since it is hot, less popular? I have heard if the group is too big (over 100 people) then it is not worth going. What actual food is served? How long a wait is it to ride a camel and how long is the camel ride? Are there discounts for a group of 9? What will replaced items not available due to the holiday?

Thank you for the questions, please find the answers as below:
1. Since the 14th of July falls in the holy month of Ramadan, the desert safari is not very busy.
2. The camps can accommodate much larger groups without affecting the overall experience for our guests but as such the period you have request for would not be busy.
3. We have buffets at the camp which consist of a live barbecue section and a continental buffet. We can send the menus on request for the same.
4. The short camel rides last between 5-7 minutes and the queues would not be long during the summer months.
5. We do have promotions at the moment which will last through the holy month of Ramadan.
6. The superior pricing (up to 30% in discounts) is what we offer to compensate for the missed entertainment show (belly dance)
