    Never get bored
This is an amazing place to shop, to dine, to be entertained, and to spend time either you are alone or with your family. Accessibility, variety, cleanness, well-coming atmosphere, unique ski slope, and . . . make it one of the must see malls for shopping-entertainment lovers. You get never bored or even think what are you going to do with your spare time when you are in Mall of Emirates.

Have a big breakfast before you go!
For a first time visitor the place is totally confusing & nothing useful in way of directions can be found digitally beforehand which assumes you know exactly where you want to go. Signage is terrible, further confused by the addition of #$%^!? Russian. No way would this have been condoned in the old days, investment was sought but from Kosher sources. Minimal presence of elevators, which seemed to be disguised to not be obvious. I had to trek back from the Ski area on Level 1 to the "Main Entrance" to find the hidden elevator, certainly not wheelchair friendly Mr Al Futtaim. After an excellent lunch at Salero we shopped at an amazing Carrefour, another Majid enterprise, supermarket where we found 90% of our somewhat eclectic requirements thanks to very helpful staff. The major problem then was to locate where the Carrim could pick us up. We asked a security person who directed us to the valet area where we were told you had to go somewhere else of uncertain location !! Totally unhelpful as my wife needed the use of a stick, so we enlisted a ride from a "freelancer" to whom we paid out Dh150, probably more than an official Carrim, but at least he was there & got us back to Arabian Ranches in one piece.

    Simply massive!
This mall cannot suffice on one visit only. We went and afterwards surprise by how much we missed. The mall lacks for nothing and well signposted although at times we had to ask directions. On a metro station so access is easy.

    Worth a visit
The mall is quite big, with shops like Zara, Debenhams, Carrefour, Balmain, Givenchy, Tommy Hilfiger and a big food court at the top. There is a metro stop not far from the mall. Definitely worth a visit.

    Sheer entertainment
Mall of the Emirates is an all encompassing family destination. This has become our mall of preference since we were recently reintroduced to it after booking a theatre experience. There is always something exciting to do with a vast array of entertainment on offer for the kids making our shopping time easier too. We ended up having a delightful dinner and found that here are plenty of dining options ranging from fast food to gourmet. With so many malls in the UAE to choose from, rest assured that this is one not to disappoint. Experiencing snow in the UAE is enough of a reason to put it on your bucket list.

    Good experience
It is a good mall, smaller than the Dubai Mall. A few experiences are exclusive to the Mall of the Emirates like the Harry Potter store, Snow world, the Godiva cafe, Farzi cafe and more. It will be a good idea to explore this place once.

My 2nd time to this huge mall but the biggest highlight in my opinion is the penguin experience within ski dubai, yes expensive but if you love penguins this is the place to go. Besides that I don't think there's nothing this mall doesn't have under its roof. Direct stop off the metro.
Make sure you give yourself hours.

This mall is quite grand with plenty of shops and things to do. My wife and I spent 4 hours here window shopping and looking around. The Ski Dubai is interesting enough and worth a quick look. The mall is well appointed and many major brands are here including quite a few good restaurant chains. The prices were pretty decent compared to other malls we've been to in the middle east. We also got a little sidetracked looking at Christmas decorations that were scattered throughout the shops.

The mall is located on the red line at the Mall of the Emirates Metro stop. It takes a while to get around the mall but thankfully the signage is decent.

This is just like it’s counterpart the Dubai Mall , the difference is that it opened first , making it a little on the dated side. But the enormous choices that it offers , caters to every type . From fast food to casual restaurants, from low to high end luxury brands ( Dubai Mall has the edge on this one with its Fashion boulevard) . It has a snow skating amusement park , and even a huge Carrefour supermarket. It even has cinemas as well .

Be very careful when exiting the Mall, we were duped into taking a private Mall taxi and not a local cab. Cost over five times the price. Very disappointed this is allowed by the Mall. Totally spoiled our visit. Will think twice before returning

Apple Store refusing to accept valid Mall of the Emirates gift cards. Blatantly lied to and gaslighted by the store manager.

Sharaf DG were happy to accept the gift cards without issue.

Mall of the Emirates gift cards should be valid for use in any store in the mall, why does Apple Store make up their own rules??
