- Fortune_MadhukuHarare Province, Zimbabwe455 contributionsLively beachThe most popular public beach in Dubai and best place for swimming, relaxation and sunbathing. The beach is very lively with plenty of fun activities for all ages. Variety of food options from the restaurants around the beach area and Dubai Marina. There are some private sections along the beach but the public area is still big enough for all the beach fun. Free entrance, free changing rooms but shower is available for a little fee.Visited March 2023Written 11 April 2023
- zignekrDubai, United Arab Emirates64 contributionsJBR BeachIt's great for the Marina folks. The views of Blue Waters Island are lovely, with the impressive Ain Dubai in the back. But fair warning, it can get crowded and is more noisy compared to other beaches in Dubai. If you're up for a lively scene and don't mind the hustle, it's a great spot to chill and enjoy some beachside fun. Just be prepared for the crowds over the weekend.Visited March 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 8 June 2023

One of the most beautiful beaches in Dubai. Long, wide, sandy. The water is clean, warm, the entrance to the water is on a smooth slope. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, but you can also sit on your own towel, if you want. There are also lifeguards.

Had an evening stroll along the full coastline with my partner, it was truly a magical experience. Listening to gentle waves, watching lights shimmering on water & the feeling of soft warm sand on feet. Definitely one of my top Dubai holiday highlights 😌

expected much more, disappointing. what type of beach makes their visitors pay for the showers? and why do the showers close earlier than the beach?? on the website it said the beach closes at 7 so you would expect the showers to also close at 7 if not later, but no. they close at 5. HOW DO SHOWERS EVEN CLOSE??? and even if u did pay for the showers u can only take 1.5 minute showers. they need to fix the shower situation ASAP because this is disappointing.

Been to this beach many of times throughout the last 8 years. When I first visited 8 years ago the wasters were so clear that you could see fish at your feet, and now all you can see is nothing but plastic and litter floating in literally brown water. It’s that bad that I did not swim in it as litter was touching off me in the water and I couldn’t see an inch under me.
The beach itself is full of litter with people leaving all of their wrappers, bottles, vapes you name it all over it.
Over the 8 years the beach has really went downhill which is sad as it used to be a beautiful well respected beach. More enforcements need to be made to sort the litter & brown waters. Really shocked even how bad it’s gotten between now and my last visit in March 2022

Very nice place highly recommended, a must in Dubai, very clean and safe…
… Be aware of non marked “taxis” that offer you rides outside of the Marina (same in the airport). I usually use Uber but this time I ran out of data and picked this “taxis” outside… the 40 dírhams ride (about 5-8 mins) that I usually pay turned into a 200 dirham ride with this guy, he was aware of the high price and when I confronted him he got aggressive. Be aware.

PROS
* Beautiful clean beach
* Fantastic area
* Many lounge chairs and recliners for rent
* Relaxing mellow area
* Very enjoyable and spacious
* Incredible view across to the Ain Dubai wheel
* See the lift ride further down the beach
* Opposite the end of the Palm Frond
* Able to see 20 story high luxury cruise liners docked in the harbor
* Great for inconspicuous people watching and admiring
* It has a brick layered boardwalk
* Super clean
* Adjacent too many JBR stores and hotels
* A five minute walk from Dubai Marina
* It’s possible to buy a commercialized camel ride on that beach- a tremendous ultimate photo opportunity epitomizing Dubai in one click
* Not far from Bluewaters Island via that boardwalk and the pedestrian causeway crossing the water
CONS
* Can be crowded
* Can be commercialized in the adjacent areas
“I VISITED THIS PLACE”…
… because I was determined to do and see absolutely everything possible during my eight days in Dubai.
It was Saturday after lunch with Chabad of Dubai and Mrs. Place wanted to rest… well I don’t go on vacation to rest, so I walked to the beach: what a glorious place- I was exposed to some truly beautiful sites that I still remember.
I asked other tourists about the lounge chairs and they offered my theirs, allowing me to rest and observe and focus and concentrate on the beauty from behind my sunglasses.
Then a young Emirati appeared, hauling two connected large camels behind him- the photo I saw in my mind’s eye of those two camels in the foreground and Ain Dubai in the background with the beach and water and frolicking revealing party people in the middle of the scene could have been the ultimate tourist poster, but alas it was Saturday and I did not have my telephone with me.
ADVICES
YES- go if you are in the area

Now you should make sure and double check every day ; with the corona there are many rules that are being chenged every day ...
In the normal seasons it is open all the year for free unless you want to rent a bed with umbrella ...

Здравствуйте! Пару вопросов:
