Lots of designer shops and local ones. A little like Westfield with the plastic feel and space. Much smaller though.

This mall deserves a better chance to shine. Unfortunately there are many empty shops, but the architecture is great, the air conditioning superb, and the occupied shops are great to view! They seem to be mainly fur shops, thus I did not make any purchases while in the Mall. It has great potential and hopefully it will one day flourish as yet another "Must see" Dubai Mall. It is a comfortable walk from Baniyas Square Metro Station, and it is worth a look, despite the deserted atmosphere. I wish this Mall the very best for success, it could be a great gem in the Dubai Shopping Mall Circuit.

Any pic of the Dubai Creek would be, arguably, incomplete without the two buildings having Rolex written on them. Locate near the Al Sabkha marine station and the Baiyas Metro station, the twin towers have been among the most well-known buildings in Deira, though now things have changed.

Once harboring a thriving shopping mall, now these twin towers are devoid of too many stores and hence, lacks both customers and the charm it once had. Most people seem to take pics of the buildings from outside, but the relatively bare interiors tell their own story.

A short walk from the Baniyas Square, the iconic and beautiful building stand with an atmosphere of a landmark that has been forgotten by its local people and the tourists.

My personal opinion is, most people interested in visiting a shopping mall will spend most of their time in Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, which has noticeably a lot more visitors, fewer stores completely empty and better services in general.

I found it quite depressing. It looked interesting but it was dark-ish, several stores were empty and the few opened sold fur or clothes. After 20 minutes walking around, my wife looked at me and told me to start looking at something more interesting around.

If you are the sort of people interested in architecture, this mall is quite interesting. If you are looking for shops and a shopping spree experience, go somewhere else.

A mall like thousands of "supermarkets" around the world, with no free WiFi and mainly all the stores closed or under renovation. Not even clean (have seen roaches going all around the places)

There are no shops open here. Most of the units seem to have been abandoned. There seems to be a small food court and a hairdressers and nailbar, but apart from that the place is empty.

Definitely not a tourist attraction.

Empty units, no footfall and a complete waste of time visiting this particular location!

The Twin Towers are a major Landmark for Deira since they were built some two decades ago. The commercial and residential towers offer stunning views, and the Shopping Mall is on the first three levels.

Parking in the basement for shoppers is a definite advantage given the location and the mall has a couple of banks and several high end shops offering carpets, furs, etc.

Our visit this evening was to have dinner at Danial Restaurant which is on the third level serving as the Food Court. While the Food Court and our restaurant was well patronised, we noticed very few shoppers around, many empty shops with several offering clearance sales, and a few vacant outlets.

No real atmosphere in the mall which is a pity.

This is one of the place which could make you forgot the outside world. Variety of things and prices are great as the quality. A must visit or a must see.
