Mr. Mohit Mulchandani is one of few persons who really responsive, helpful and professional. he helped me to get 90 days touristic visa for me and my family in the quickest time i had ever. I would highly recommend Mohit to handle these kind or services as I saw him very competent and know exactly rules and regulation especially in this time during COVID.

I used Rayna Tours and Travels services (who I found through google search) to get UAE Tourist visa for my father who is in his 70's. I called them up and spoke to Mr. Hafeez who sent me all the details immediately through whatsapp as well as email. The charges are also very economical and the visa includes health insurance as well. After I sent the documents to Mr. Hafeez and sent payment through the link that he provided, I got my father's visa within 48 hours which is great. I would like to thank Mr. Hafeez for professionally handling my case as well as Rayna tour and will strongly recommend them for visa or any other travel related services. Thanks

We booked this desert safari through headout. As promised our driver picked up from our hotel and with another couple we experienced dune bashing which was the highlight of this safari.
Dune bashing is mentioned in description to last between 30-40 mins but in reality it took place only for 15-20 mins. Driver said if we did it any longer, passenger may start puking but better would have been to ask passenger if we wanted to do more.
As soon as we entered the camp there was a designated VIP area for which they asked 100 Dhs extra over and above the ticket we already paid. I paid this 100 Dhs extra and I was happy with that decision as there was so much crowd at the dinner counter on regular ticket.
Now on to the activities mentioned as inclusive in the ticket like camel ride, Heena painting etc. camel ride was a joke as they were only taking smallest of ride and for bigger rounds we had to pay additional 150 Dhs.
Overall an ok experience but would urge to book from some other travel operator

I had a nice desert safari with three other tourists on a morning. The driver was on time and was really nice and passionated to tell about the country and desert and animals and everything! He also offered to take pictures. The drive in the desert was fun and not too crazy! We went to a camp where you had a possibility to ride camel etc. it was nice and quiet as it was only 10-11 am and I liked it as I heard in the evenings there’s hundreds of people. Also it was super easy to book only less than 24 hours before online in a chat. Thank you and happy new year!

Dear Rayna Tours,
On June 02/06/2021 I made a payment if 2300 dirham to rent a car via Rayna Tours for ten days. I was asked by your agent (V****) to pay an additional 1000 dirham as an additional deposit I completed the payment on 15/6/2021 (both pictures attached in an email).
I requested that the refund is made to a specific account but your accounts sent the refund to an Omani bank account which was already closed as I left the country instead of my other account as requested. I called the Omani Bank and they confirmed that the payment would have been rejected and bounced back.
It is November 2021 and I have yet to get my payment of 1354 dirham. I need this matter sorted immediately as I have tried contacting the agent (V****) and he is now ignoring my messages.
It is not a large amount but it is my right to get my deposit back. You have not responded to my emails or messages therefore am hoping to get a response back here. Kind regards,

I had arranged for a one month through Rayna Tours and have used this service from them multiple times.It has always been an easy and swift experience.They are very proactive and make the necessary arrangements without any hassle. Mohit Mulchandani is always responsive and patiently answers all my queries and makes the arrangements fast.Would definitely recommend their service .

I used the services of Rayna Tours to get two visit visas for my sister and brother in law.
My contact person was Ms. Mehvish Shahzadi, from the beginning she was very fast with the information and very professional. Everything was done via WhatsApp and she had the visas ready for next day.
Excellent service, I am very pleased.
I greatly recommend the service and I should add that they have very reasonable prices.

Having booked the Dolphin and seal show with Rayna, we called them before going there:
1- We requested to add one more seat and ask them for our seat numbers. Rather than helping us liaise that with the provider, they asked us to call them ourselves. (What's the point of an agency). Basically Rayna doesn't provide you tickets with seat numbers.
2- Its cheaper to book via the Dolphinarium site directly as they have an ongoing offer to Residents which Rayna didn't provide. When we asked them for a cancellation and refund, they didn't support, as we had requested the refund in less than 24 hours . (Even though when I called the product provider directly, they supported. All Rayna had to do was speak to them)
3- Nothing such as extra cost of the park payment is mentioned on their site, you will only see there unforeseen charges once you purchase the ticket on the ticket itself, and that it should be payable to the merchant themselves.
Spare yourself the effort and book directly via the dolphinarium. Overall the show was nice, I felt very bad for the dolphins because of the very small space they've got. There is no social distancing taken into consideration. The kids enjoyed.

If you do have visa requirements, I would highly recommend Rayna Day Travel and Tours. Sahil Achri was the agent who assisted me with my 90 day visit visa and was fast and very accommodating in addressing all my queries and requests. The visa came out within 24 hours! Excellent service!

Unbelievable Premium Desert Safari with Rayna Tours
Date: 15 December 2022
Initial enquiry and booking was a breeze with a professional and smiling Ms Almas Nazir. Thank you for the advise and help.
Driver Muhammad Ali picked us up up from our hotel, on time and with a terrific vehicle. A pleasant ride through busy Dubai all the way to the desert and to the camp.
Muhammad, you are so skilful, we felt we were in caring hands and very safe, on the road and on the sand, including dune bashing !!!

When we arrived to destination, Muhammad explained our activities and time frame.
We had an amazing time on the quads self riding on the dunes, part of a small group and in the care of another amazing leader. Note: this activity is an addition to the cost of the tour.
From there, back in the car with Muhammad, moving toward the Rayna Desert Camp.
We stopped on the way for photos, he kindly helped an other driver who was “stuck” and more dune bashing.
When at camp, a few cute shops, very clean facilities, more camels rides, photo opportunities, Muhammad advised us when was sunset time for photos. He is also an excellent photographer.
Camp: terrific set up, plenty of welcome drinks (frm coffee to juices to beer) and food was cooking. What a welcome !!!
Dinner was plenty full , for meat eaters, vegetarians and sufficient variety to allow a very nice gluten-free meal. Entertainment on stage and happy music.
Muhammad rounded us up for the return trip and a pleasant ride on the “sand highway” We stopped to pump-up tyres and back to hotel.
The 6 tourists in our car were all smiles and very happy with the day.
Congratulations to the Rayna Team for the work, care and friendliness.
A “MUST DO” and well worth experience when in Dubai.
We loved it and will do again when back there.

Ranya Tours has provided excellent service for my visa change status. Mr. Abdul Hafeez was excellent in providing the best service in 2-3 hours which is very exceptional. Rayna, though you have apologized and said that you will take care that future customers don't face similar issues, you haven't offered any reprieve for me. I am feeling so miserable about how much I spent on this. My entire lovely trip is marred by this black spot. I was overcharged. It's a known fact.
