Unbelievable Premium Desert Safari with Rayna Tours

Initial enquiry and booking was a breeze with a professional and smiling Ms Almas Nazir. Thank you for the advise and help.
Driver Muhammad Ali picked us up up from our hotel, on time and with a terrific vehicle. A pleasant ride through busy Dubai all the way to the desert and to the camp.
Muhammad, you are so skilful, we felt we were in caring hands and very safe, on the road and on the sand, including dune bashing !!!

When we arrived to destination, Muhammad explained our activities and time frame.
We had an amazing time on the quads self riding on the dunes, part of a small group and in the care of another amazing leader. Note: this activity is an addition to the cost of the tour.
From there, back in the car with Muhammad, moving toward the Rayna Desert Camp.
We stopped on the way for photos, he kindly helped an other driver who was “stuck” and more dune bashing.
When at camp, a few cute shops, very clean facilities, more camels rides, photo opportunities, Muhammad advised us when was sunset time for photos. He is also an excellent photographer.
Camp: terrific set up, plenty of welcome drinks (frm coffee to juices to beer) and food was cooking. What a welcome !!!
Dinner was plenty full , for meat eaters, vegetarians and sufficient variety to allow a very nice gluten-free meal. Entertainment on stage and happy music.
Muhammad rounded us up for the return trip and a pleasant ride on the “sand highway” We stopped to pump-up tyres and back to hotel.
The 6 tourists in our car were all smiles and very happy with the day.
Congratulations to the Rayna Team for the work, care and friendliness.
A “MUST DO” and well worth experience when in Dubai.
We loved it and will do again when back there.

I applied for my father's visit visa to Dubai through Rayna tours. Got very professional and efficient service by Mehvish Shahzadi. She provided a quick payment link as well as as email address on which I shared my father's documents. She ensured that everything is in order and the visa was issued within 48 hours. I would strongly recommend Rayna tours and specially Mehvish for Visa's / travels.

I approached Rayna Tours to get an earlier US visa appointment date than I officially had. They were true to their word and got us the date in the time range we had specified. Wouldn't deny that the service was a bit expensive, but depends on person to person as to how important it is for them to get an earlier date and as the service was reliable we are happy.

I recently used Rayana tours for my recent trip to Thailand, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. From the very start, there was a lack of communication and transparency.
Important details about the itinerary were unclear and unorganized. Whenever we tried to reach out for clarification or support, the agent behaved very rudely and we were not met with any unhelpful responses.

The accommodations booked were far below the promised standards even after we specifically mentioned we needed good rooms. There were several star hotels like Hilton, Marriott, HolidayInn nearby yet they booked us the most basic room in the one of the oldest hotel in Phuket. Even after requesting for a change/upgrade, there was no sort of assistance from the team.

Transportation arrangements were poorly managed, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience throughout the trip. Had to wait 5-6 hours at the airport which could’ve been used to do something more
productive. We literally found out places on our own and visited because the itenary provided by the team only covered very few places. It is unacceptable to receive such unprofessional service, especially after paying a considerable amount.

I would not recommend Rayana Tours to anyone looking for a reliable and smooth travel experience.There several other agencies providing much better itinerary with better rates. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their service in the future.

Rayna Tours is the most useless company I have ever been unfortunate to come across. Scamming and dishonest, all they care about is cheating you out of your hard earned money. I paid a 60% deposit for an holiday package but informed them not to do anything concrete until I get a visa approval which they are also processing but to my surprise, they messed up my visa application by not submitting all the documents that would help me get an approval and I ended up losing this visa. Worse, they refused to refund my money claiming they’re taking the larger part of it for a non refundable visa fee, hotel accommodation and their charges. I mean, which company that cares about their customers would spend their money to book down a non refundable hotel when they know quite well everything hinges on the visa approval? And i definitely have never come across any company that only thinks of their own selfish self after making a mess of a client’s plans. Now, not only are they making me miss out on a vacation, they’re also now adding to my mental health issues by refusing to refund my money and putting my life on hold when the main reason I was traveling was because the GP advice I take a break to get over the overwhelming pain of losing my Dad this year. I wouldn’t have even care about paying for the visa application but how can they ask me to pay for hotel accommodation and charges? I mean, whose fault was that? Especially when they never told me this, the only thing they told me will be non refundable was the visa fee so how come it’s a different story now? How unprofessional and unkind can they be by messing things up for people and still thinking of how to milk them? They’re my worse mistake ever in business service and I intend taking them up legally for this. I have the evidence of their own words in email showing they butchered my visa application. You’re making a mistake if you trust them with your money and vacation.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received regarding my attempts to book a visit to The Top of the Burj Khalifa on December 29, 2024.

After making two separate attempts to book, both were unsuccessful due to a lack of availability, as indicated in the rejection emails I received (Booking References: AGT064372912240291 and AGT064372912240335). While I understand that availability cannot always be guaranteed, I was charged a total of 2212 AED (1106 AED per attempt), despite the bookings being rejected.

Your emails stated that any charged transactions would be refunded within seven days. However, it has now been ten days, and I have not received the refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact your team via email and phone but have received no response, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by disputing the charges through my American Express Platinum card. I am confident they will assist in resolving this matter efficiently.

I expected a higher standard of service from a globally recognized attraction such as The Top of the Burj Khalifa. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to use or recommend your services to my friends and family.

Please process my refund immediately and confirm once it has been done

Since the 6th of January 2023, I am in touch with Mr. Santosh via their Whats-app link on their portal. I was told to make a detailed itinerary and then send the same and they would offer decent prices.

I went thru the trouble to complete all the formalities and then was told to wait until they responded.

A week later since there was no response I had to send them a reminder, still no response.

Then I get a message on the same WhatsApp correspondence that they have not heard from me and if I had any queries, I should write to them.

I once again remind them that the delay and silence is from their end.

I then get a quote that is at-least 30% higher then the prices mentioned on their website, on inquiring I am told that if you go thru the website it would be cheaper, this could have been conveyed to me on the 6th of January rather then wasting my time.

In my opinion based on the above experience, Rayna tours is completely unorganized and cannot be relied on, there is a good chance they will ruin your holiday.

BEST AVOIDED.

Purchased excursion package from Italy. Before payment all always available. On balance and to get information I had to work a lot. Italian speaking guide requested for Dubai tour: he practically said nothing except take us to visit the places set and indicate the name of what we were visiting. I left with a reservation for the visit of the Burj Khalifa at 1.30 pm (having a 2.5 year old girl) and was handed a climb at 10 pm with 4 hours queue to access the visit. Obviously they were closing and they rushed. Safari to forget: the car assigned to us broke down three times. We arrived at the camp for the show in a new car (when they finally decided to call for assistance) with show over, food and drink sold out. I requested reimbursement for the inconvenience and of course "ALL DISAPPEARED".

Never ever book your Dubai tour from Rayna tour operators. Inspite of taking full private package from them, drivers will be so much harassing you to wind up your site seeing as early as possible because they all have other persons pick-up scheduled. For us many times it was such that we enter the place after paying 200-300 dhs ticket per head, driver will start calling you again n again to come back otherwise he will threaten you that if you are not coming back in 5 mins than he will take vehicle n go. I told them that we have not come just to touch our feet to the place but we are here for site seeing. So rude behaviour by all drivers that I can’t explain in words.. n moreover Rayna coordinator will simply reply that he will check issue but again 2nd day same things will repeat… our all 6 days went in vain n every day there was argosith driver.. we paid hefty amount of INR 5,84,000/- for 6 days tour of 2 adults and 2 children’s but all money went into water because of this irresponsible tour operator. I request you all to think thrice before booking your tour package because once you pay money they will begin to ignore you. We had very bitter experience… so kindly be aware of these people… so sad 😞

Also to mention here that they have done cheating with me , after paying somuch money also I don’t get what they have promised n driver’s troubled me so much.. because of this I will escalate this issue with Dubai Tourism Dept, May be I will not get any solution from department but still I will do it because I feel they have openly cheated on me !

I recently booked a UAE visa through Rayna Tours, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. I made an error by providing the wrong email address during the application process, using mt_alumbro@yahoo.com instead of my correct email, which is mt_alumbro@yahoo.co.uk. I have sent multiple emails with the correct email address, yet I have not received any response.
I’ve also tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but to no avail. The lack of communication has left me feeling anxious and uncertain about the status of my visa. Despite already paying £250 for the service, I’m now considering alternative methods to track my application, as there has been no acknowledgment from the company.
My travel date is on December 27, 2024, so I need this issue resolved immediately. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service and failure to address my concerns has been very disappointing. I would appreciate it if Rayna Tours could improve its communication and responsiveness in the future, as this experience has not been satisfactory.
