No just no. staff member Dorothy was rude and gave attitude when i went a few days ago. ice rink was fine but bad management in making sure people go in right direction. many of my friends say this but i don’t seem to see reviews like this🤨🤨

Visiting Dubai for the second time to see our daughter my boys aged 10 and 12 both autistic wanted to go ice skating.
The help of the counter staff in sorting out tickets for "people with determination " was excellent.
The gentleman providing the states and safety equipment was also excellent.
The only place where this was actually extremely sub standard was on the ice itself.
The "coaches" seemed more interested in skating round chatting to each other rather than help kids with sunflower lanyards and who clearly needed a bit of support was absolutely disgraceful.
But overall the experience was good and my boys both loved ice skating for the first time

You're going to lose customers because of your front of house people. The staffs in the ticket counter seems do not know what a "good customer service" is. They tend to talk back to their customers in a rude way trying to make a worthless point. Remind them what common sense is all about and try not to argue like they are not happy with what they are doing. The place was supposed to be a happy vibe for everyone! Don't let them ruin the mood of their customers.

This is a gimmicky attraction, located in Dubai mall.
Some folks would think an ice rink in the middle of a big mall in the middle of the desert is a thing. Others would see it as it is.

Dubai Ice Rink is fantastic,
All staffs are kind and warm, especially coach Mei.
My daughters go to ice rink every-Sunday, and they take an ice skating lesson from coach Mei.She is very professional and has passion about her students. My children enjoy skating because coach Mei teaches not only how to play figure skating, but also how to enjoy.
It is physical exercise and playing to children.

Hi there, I used to be a hockey player who often skates, most likely not. Your infant cannot skate, however there’s a seating area that has the rink view, your infant can be there with an adult!
