For the price paid, the experience was underwhelming compared to other Helicopter tours I have been on. Was hoping to actually receive a tour, not a ride. The pilot didn’t speak a word to us which made the ride slightly awkward. To further complicate it, our headsets were not functioning correctly so we couldn’t talk to one another either. Save your money, there are plenty of other things to do in Dubai that ARE worth the money.

A few facts: The supermarket and ATM is 10-12 mins, restaurants 15-20 mins, lots of good places, try Mama Rosa. You can cook in your room with supplies from the local supermarket. We ate at breakfast most days and lunch a couple time and once in the evening. In our apartment. The kitchen supplies are basic but we managed. The room 17 , beautiful views of Turkey and Kos mountains on each side. It does need up grading ie the shower it had a cracked shower basin. However, beds very comfortable and clean. Cleaners lovely and provided additional towels and changed bed linen over and above the agreement 3 days change.
The air con was 70+ 10 Euros deposit a week as advertised so we knew in advance and budgeted for this. It was worth it.
We paid for the 40 euro extra stay on our last day as not leaving until 20.10 and 5 to have the air con extended. This was all arranged on the previous day. We had to move to room 102 to accommodate the hotel for people arriving. The fridge and worktop in that room is the only thing I would say was a health and safety hazard. The fridge was rusty and the worktop cracked.I would have asked for another room on that basis had it been our room for the holiday.
The pool area as many have said is lovely, peaceful ,sun beds comfy and plentiful during our stay. The pool shower doesn’t work.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The owner/ manager was not particularly communicative but he did welcome us saying we were expected which I thought was lovely. He was not rude.
Overall for the money we felt Lenaki was good value for money. The extra for the air con and other things we budgeted for and we felt reasonable.Yes it would definitely benefit from updating, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms.
Would we return? Yes if we got one the mentioned upgraded rooms !

We got our tour booked by Danna at the desk in Dubai Mall. Very friendly and helpful. Our driver was Abdul who was very calm and obviously knew what he was doing. Our trip was slightly unpleasant not because of the service but for the first time, we experienced rain in the desert. So we couldnt do some of the activities we had planned in the desert. Overall it was great. The rain was unexpected for us but our kids had the most fun.

This was one of my most memorable and best trips ever. Our driver, Mr. Ismael, provided the best services for us. He played music for us (the playlist was incredible), and always helped us with anything we needed. The drive in the dessert was so much fun and my favorite activity on this trip. Mr. Ismael insisted on taking our pictures at the viewpoints and they came out amazing. The camels were super fun and so cute. This trip will definitely be one I will remember forever.

Great safari ! Mr Fawzi was an excellent guide ! Funny nice and professional. The 4x4 session was crazy. The camel ride awesome but too short. The BBQ and the show was ok.
