CONS
* Parking sometimes is by pay- confusing system

* Underutilized potential as a recreational tourist attraction

"I VISITED THIS PLACE"...
... as part of my interest in seeing and experiencing as much of Palm Jumeirah as I could, and this was certainly part of that. I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk of both fronds. The sights are very good (see my photos).

ADVICES
Yes- you definitely should do this and experience it and see the boardwalk and walk there and see the scenery and the rocks abutting the sea.

Oh my oh my.... one of those places with not much consideration put when it was design. Anything you may want to do there is banned. No dogs, no scooters, no bikes, no games, no places to sit, no place to drink or eat, no shade.... you can walk or run, which would be ok but only if you have your head turned towards the sea. If you are looking other direction there is a very average road and random selection of buildings. The Palm in its full randomness and bad urban planning.

Lovely scenery. Perfect place to go for a stroll, run or cycle. Plenty to see with the helicopters flying above as well as walking along the palm and all the top hotels.

Very nice for running or taking a stroll. We drove down to this area around 4pm and decided to do a 5km run. It was really pleasant with nice views of the ocean on one side and the fancy hotels on the other. You’ll likely also spot yachts passing by, people on speed boats and the like. There is no shade or places to sit however so if you’re going I’d do in the morning or at sunset to avoid the heat which could make it unpleasant. I do wish there were benches and maybe a food truck or two around to make it a bit more vibey. But overall, a good experience.

We went for a walk along this picturesque place. At this time of the year the weather is very hot so the walk was not very enjoyable. However during winter it will certainly be refreshing to do same.

I moved here recently and I haven’t seen one single person on the boardwalk. No wonder. Nothing is allowed there, no skating, no cycling, no promenading with your pet.. nothing. All you can do is walk through and endless empty path.

Smooth, wide promenade along the Persian Gulf at the end of the Palm Jumeirah peninsula. Good place to walk along the water or ride your bike. There is free parking all along on the street running parallel to the boardwalk. Nice breeze off the water, but this boardwalk is in full sun with no shade anywhere, so I would recommend coming in the morning or later afternoon/evening. Visiting during covid, there was plenty of room to spread out and we felt very safe.

It was a pleasant surprise to meet with this board walk during my last visit to Palm Jumeirah. Definitely, it upgraded my Gulf side experience on the outermost tip of those series of Islands.
Quite refreshing.

I always enjoy a good long walk (preferably by the ocean) when Im on holiday. I found the boardwalk in Dubai by walking from Financial Station (“BigBen”) directly towards the coast. I followed the path to Burj Arab and found it a very nice walk. On a work day it is less than crowded.
