Olayemi helped us out. She guided us to plan the whole day well and to understand the facilities in the Aqua park. The day was fun awesome and stress free bcoz of her. Biggest aqua park in the world. Definitely worth visiting

This is an interesting collection of marine life with large, accessible viewing areas and the option of taking an assisted dive in the large aquarium. Unfortunately, it tries to be too `high-tech' by replacing printed sign with an app that you can download, and which then is supposed to identify the fish that your camera is pointing at. Unfortunately, more often than not it didn't work on either our Apple or Android phones, so we were left wondering what we were looking at most of the time.

Enjoyed our experience especially the children who didn’t want to leave. Ms Olayemi was particularly helpful in the ladies changing rooms. One needs to read up and prepare otherwise the essentials shop next to the changing rooms can be very expensive.

Water park is an amazing place. Enjoy there alot rides are really amazing like leap of faith and black out. Rayyan meet us at the entrance he help us alot and guide us about the park. Thanks alot Rayyan

All the water rides were world class. Likewise was the experience. Staff were very helpful. I happened to lose my bag with contained quite valuable stuff but found it at Lost and Found counter with the help of Rayyan. He picked up the bag and handed it over at the counter. Deeply thankful to him and the kind culture of Dubai. I loved Dubai and it's people.

The journey started with an excited. I was alone in this trip since I got a free tickets from aquaventure due to my birthday in last week. When I reached there, I met nice guy who is working at the guest service. His name is NIZAMUDHEEN. He was wonderful human I met from this trip. He is kind and helpful. He guided me at the start of the trip. Advised me to wear suitable attires. . He explained to me the rides in the park. I was amazed by his behavior. Because, despite of the crowd, he took his time to make me understand the things which are important. However, thanks to Atlantis and NIZAM, for giving me this wonderful gift for my Birthday😊😍. These days and people I met there will be in my book of memories.

Waterpark experience was good but for one of our family members timing for dolphin meet and greet was changed on request and was charged 90 AED for the same but the girl did not provide the bill for the same. On request for the bill she told that no bill is provided for this. I fail to understand how their system operates that if u r charging for a particular service u should provide the bill but they didn't provide.

This is the best water park. Rides are organised really well ( in 3 towers) , it’s very clean with plenty of polite staff who are always there to help. There are rides for the thrill seekers and also families. If you are staying in the Atlantis definitely worth coming at 8.45 as we had done all pretty much all the rides by 11.30!

Oh I had such a thrilling experience here! The slides are amazing with a new thrill every time until you want to re do it again any again but the really crazy good ones have like a queue so you’re forced to just not re-take the slide. My favorite was Leap of Faith. This is crazy! I mean I started with this and damn, I regretted in mid air cos I didn’t expect such a 90 degree drop all of a sudden but until now I’d go back for this! It leaves you with this awesome shock! The staff was really warm and welcoming, I do see myself going back actually

What an amazing experience at the Atlantic Aquaventure from the moment we were greeted to the time we left! Couldn’t fault it at all; the water park is managed so well and ALL staff play a key role in this success for their guests. We walked in and wanted to get a locker and some towels; were recommended to have a private Cabana that included not only a private area for the family but also a locker, fresh fruit platter (most delicious), water bottles, towels and a personal assistance. We got a private buggy that took us to our cabana where we were happily greeted by this man; Kishor, who was passionate about his work and a very humble gentleman. Nothing was too much for him and he delivered a service with an amazing smile. Our family appreciated Kishor’s services and we were left ecstatic having spent the best 7 hours of our day! Thank you Kishor and Atlantic Aquaventure for an unforgettable experience.
