It is a lovely place to visit and i really appreciated the employees explaining about animals in each floor. However, i feel that this experience is not worth the entrance ticket money. Our family was there about an hour, or 1,5 hours, and paid almost 500 dirhams for entrance. We did the junior ranger tasks, which were interesting, but at the end we did not find all the answers from inside and had to google more. I think my son would have liked to seek answers from inside. Noone looked at his answers at the end, they just gave us the pin. It would have been nice if someone would have explained things after as well. We did enjoy the birds and animals and interacting with them.

Looks wonderful on YouTube but in reality 30 expensive mins and all over and done with. Not nearly as many birds and monkeys as thought their would be and no idea where the Sloath was hiding, perhaps he/she was on a break? A lot of the animals were just one of...one snake, one frog, one spider etc. In conclusion, expensive not worth the money unless you have kids who have never seen a parrot before m. Also, take your own water.....15AED for small water !!!!!!

I had bit better expectations from Green Planet. It was nice but comparing to other similar attractions anywhere in a world, it's nothing special. Comparing to other attractions, it's relatively quick to complete all floors and without any upgrades to entry level tickets, there is nothing really special...

This place pleasantly surprised us! Carefully curated tropical habitat for birds and animals. The more you look, the more you’ll see. Wonderful to be up close to toucans and the bear cat was beautiful. Educative and enjoyable, we learnt as much as the children visiting.

A very beautiful place, so much fun for children. It’s nice to be able to go to a zoo in the heat of summer & they also offer camping nights. The only thing which disappointed me was this time when I went, they asked us to pay for every encounter which wasn’t the case a few years ago

Overall we loved the natural habitat created for the animals and birds. I took the vip tickets which is the same price for adults and children. The only thing that was extra was a small glass with which you could feed fish and photos. Rip off in that sense.. what is so vip in free photos and fish feeding .

It was a very unique experience and very enjoyable, however the night camping did not accommodate for all the people involved regarding the night red lights, and the tour, and the next day feeding. We a paying family of 5 received 2 lights only compared to other couples who received as much as us. Grapes for the Toucan and Lemur feeding the next day ran out quickly before we were able to take any. Guides weren't very deligent as to share equally and we had to always squeeze between people and jump to the front to get involved, otherwise the pathway barely fits 2 adults and logically speaking the guide won't be able to reach out to the full crowd. I would have liked to be immersed more in the experience. Either way, the staff were very friendly, especially Ezaz who was spot on with all his efforts.

This was my third visit to Green Planet in about 5 years and frankly the most disappointing one so far. The entrance fee has gone up which is not entirely abnormal in the context of rising inflation but the place has clearly seen better days. Some parts inside were covered in drapes which staff told me where due to renovations. The little cave with bats was closed. One of the computer displays didn't work. It all looked tired. Kids went from top to bottom in 25 minutes. The surrounding area is a massive construction site. Kids' play area outside? That's another 25 dirhams please. The Green Planet shop looks like the best-kept part inside. So it seems another attraction has turned into the typical Dubai experience: looks great on Instagram, overpriced but overall underwhelming.

Was not an ‘experience’ the website promised. From start to finish, (and we took our time), we were finished in 45 minutes! Ticket cost 455AED for 2 adults and 1 x child of 3. Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed!

Great interactions with the animals and a fab concept. Would have given 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t a longer activity: we didn’t rush through at all but we’re still only in the biome about an hour. There is a new play area outside but despite being covered it was still too hot for the kids to play for long.
