Khan AlKhayatin was rennovated in 2007 with the help of Spain. Khan al-Khayateen is part of the Old Souks of Tripoli. It is mostly showcases of oriental, and traditional Lebanese clothing.

Khans or souks are specialized shops handling one specialty and this is the souk of tailors. People would buy material and bring it to be done. A must to understand the bustling nature of this vibrant city.

Very well restored khan, architecture dates back to the Ottomans era, it is a shame it is not fully operational, the traditional tailoring is not on demand these days. not to be missed

There are also 4 bath houses ( Hammam souks) one of them (Hammam Al-Abed) is still a functioning Hammam and only men are allowed to enter to bathe.
