    No dogs allowed
There are no signs stating that dogs are not allowed however I've just been walking my dog there, we stopped as many locals wanted pictures of my little dog and everyone was happy to see him apart from the security who told us that no dogs were allowed and we had to leave. It's such a shame when you find a place you can actually walk and then security come along and ruin it, my dog is a well behaved Chihuahua that wasn't causing any issues. Not a good look for tourism ..

    Really pleasant evening walk
Great for a long evening walk. I was visiting and it was fun to see so many families & locals out and about enjoying the cool evening weather. Lots of nice places to sit and have a coffee, snack, or ice cream as well.

money can transform a desert into an architectural masterpiece
we didn't walk a lot but drove through much of the Corniche which was truly stunning when you realized that all of it was 'carved' out of a desert. Huge buildings that offer stunning views of the Red Sea. Plantings provide shade. And then there is the incredible brass Falcon Sculpture, a small mosque built above the water, etc. Impressive to say the least.

The Best Place in Jeddah For A Quite Evening!
Walking around this area is gorgeous with the sea breeze and around the sunset. The area is filled with parks on one side for kids and family to have some quality time together. My toddler had a lot of fun running around, being around the sea and watching the fountains. Very lively area!

    A beautiful place to walk
Jeddah’s corniche is an absolute delight. It stretches from the North part of Jeddah right down the coastline. The Northern most part of it is new and some of it is still under construction. This extended part was built for when Formula One came to Jeddah The corniche provides a lovely walk at any time of the day. There are cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants positioned all along it. What I also really liked were all the sculptures. They provide great photo opportunities. During the day it can get very hot but the Red Sea breezes cool it a little. It is at night when it really comes alive. It is beautifully lit and there are more people out enjoying the cooler night air. There is music played and a real sense of happiness as you stroll around. There are plenty of activities for all ages it was lovely seeing young families enjoying themselves so much

    Lovely Place To Walk
The Jeddah Corniche is probably one of the best corniches in Saudi Arabia due to the length, facilities and sights to see. It is roughly broken into three zones with the North Corniche running from the aquarium to the Al Rahman Mosque but be aware that due to the Formula 1 Jeddah Circuit being constructed at the mosque end it is no longer possible to walk the complete way with it being blocked about 20-30 minutes short of the mosque. The Middle Corniche runs roughly from the Ritz Carlton Hotel down to the Hyatt taking in the King Fahd Fountain and some beach areas. The Southern Corniche mainly encompasses the port area and surrounds but is probably the least popular area. If you like strolling and people watching late afternoon and evening is the best time. Some areas are a bit dirty but there are a legion of cleaners at work and they seem to be getting on top of the waste which is a huge problem in Saudi Arabia. As for the hundreds of stray scrawny cats inhabiting the area well this is normal for Saudi Arabia even though elsewhere they would have been euthanized.

It’s lovely to walk along the Corniche in the evening when many families are out either for a stroll, a picnic or just watching the sun go down over the Red Sea. People are delightful and stop for a chat or invite you to have an Arabian coffee with them. There’s also the numerous sculptures which are interesting - although hard to locate and at the moment are unmarked which is a shame.

After the heat of the day the city of Jeddah is populated in the evening with many people who enjoy the cool of the evening walking along the sea. Jeddah Corniche is very long and we had a long pleasant and peaceful walk mostly along the Middle Corniche. A peaceful, safe and pleasant environment where it also happened that some young people very kindly asked us to take some selfies. Definitely for us it was a pleasant and relaxing way to spend some time before going to dinner.A way of life in Jeddah not to be missed.

We walked on the seaside, bought coffee and enjoyed watching the people who were there for picnic and the kids playing. The weather was pleasant in December, and Winter is the best time to visit Jeddah and enjoy walking by the corniche.

It gets very congested on the weekends and can be difficult to find free parking.

The new updates added to it a more valuable attraction. It's highly clean and organized. Also the public W.cs are available in this area but they are paid services while the corniche itself is for free. You can rent cycles alongside it with reasonable prices.

This is where the city and people of all ages come in the late afternoons, and evenings, when the temperature has cooled off to stroll and enjoy the views of the Red Sea. It is a really enjoyable experience to walk around and get the breeze of the sea, as you stroll along. The city in the mornings and early afternoons are essentially deserted but in the winter at around 5 PM, you will see the locals come here to enjoy time out, visit Restaurants and have something to eat in the multiple small shops along the way.

It is pretty down along the Corniche, especially towards sunset or if the day is breezy. I think once more buildings are finished to give it a prettier skyline, it will be more attractive. There are a few beaches that are empty when the sun is up. Maybe one day women will be allowed to wear short sleeves in public!

Nice seaside park with walking path. In evening it's nice to have a walk there with family or friends. There are some small shops where you can buy some drinks and enjoy Jeddah sunsets and sea breeze. Once you in Jeddah you should visit Jeddah Corniche.

The walk is long, like very long. Once the work on the F1 track is done, I guess one can walk from the floating mosque, all the way to the aquarium, which is kilometers of walking.
The part where everyone goes though is between south of the Sheraton to the aquarium?
Lots of locals go for coffee, or sit down and watch the sunset, play with the kids. It's a very nice feeling. Maybe get a light jumper in winter because the sea wind is slightly cold in the evening.
