The mausoleum and museum are set in lovely grounds. Inside the mausoleum which has a military honour guard the atmosphere is cool and reverential. Families and couples made the pilgrimage to pay tribute to the founder of Pakistan. I was the only foreigner there but was made to feel very welcome.
Don't miss the museum underneath, very interesting!
As an added bonus the elevated position offers great views of Karachi!

Tomb of Quaid e Azam!! It is situated in the centre of city, Karachi. Beautiful structure built with white marble surrounded by lush green gardens. It's located at sn elevated place so it can b seen from a far away place. It's a very busy place as it's visited by hundreds of people every day. More crowds of people are seen on National days or holidays. One who comes to karachi must visit it as his visit will b considered worthless if he won't visit the tomb of Quaid e Azam.

This is monument to the founder of Pakistan. He is buried here together with his sister and the first prime minister of Pakistan. It is very popular and gets busy. It is located in a massive park and is popular with families o meet and chill. The monument is several feet above ground so you can see it from afar if you are heading in that direction. Lost of locals come to pay their respects.

Father of the Pakistani nation is buried here. Head of the states visiting Karachi are taken to the tomb of Qaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Mazar e Quaid) as part of their visit. Its beautifully constructed and large Nos of visitors daily visit it. The design is worth seeing physically. A museum is also attached to it (Items of personal use of Quaid e Azam are also placed in it which includes his Cars, Cloths Furniture etc. There are few more famouse historical personalities of Pakistan are also burried closer to Qaid"s Tomb in the same vicinity ie Sister of Quaid e Azam Miss Dr. Fatima Jinnah, first Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaquat Ali Khan, Ex Governor Sardar Adur Rab Nishter etc. This tomb is now surrounded by almost populated area. Lastly i visited this month with my guests from up country however since 1973 i have visited it Nos of time. I will recommend that who so ever visit Karachi, Pakistan must visit Mazar e Quaid.

I had visited the mausoleum of the father of the Nation Quaid e Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah with my family. It is situated on Mohammed Ali Jinnah Road right in the heart of the city. It has a huge ground and the mausoleum is at a distance from the gate. It is neat and clean and worth visiting if you happen to visit Karachi

It was a great honor to visit such a famous place like this. I was amazed by the architecture of the tomb. The whole place is very calm and I loved taking a walk around Mazar-e-Quaid. I saw many people who were visiting this place with their families and friends.
