I was so thrilled to stand in front of the Khyber Gate in Peshawar knowing its history. Bab-e-Khyber has a great importance in the history. Great warriors, leaders of ancient history passed through its ways. Here the famous arched two-pillared gate "Bab-e-Khyber" enhances the grandeur, dignity and beauty of the Khyber Pass. It was built in the 10th century and... More

Peshawar city is best known for its hospitality. The Jamrud fort is such a beautiful fort, which carries history and culture both. The fort has limited public access, due to its current occupation by the Frontier Constabulary (FC).

Second its over populated now a days because of the shops, markets around the place. So it really does not worth seeing at now a... More

It's a nice and historic place. You can't go inside or take a photo as this is in use of Pak Army. The law and order is very thin in Jamrud, Khyber Agency and visitors can't be seen because most of travel advisory recommend not to go. I agree with them. Foreign nationals must seek clearance from their embassies and... More

The Jamrud Ford was great to see from the outside. A bit disappointed was that there is no way to enter the scene since it is still an actual military base. Even taking a picture wasn't allowed.
