For relatively little money I enjoyed 90 minutes of the Egypt National Arab Music Ensemble. The theatre is a wonderful building with comfortable seating. Dress code is formal and men are not admitted without tie although the box office has ties for rental.

It is a great place to listen to oriental music and classic music too, you need to read the online schedules and book one week in advance by visiting the opera house, dress code is important, no shorts or jeans.
