waste of time

Just once, I would like to read about an attraction that matches the hype , be honest I would encourage web developers, tourism Egypt,I put a lot of effort to research and arrange trips to this and other sites in and around Alexandria,Egypt in general,always its a filthy rubbish strewn dump,why not say it as it is in the broucure,I would still visit,but with forknowledge of the smells need for face masks.my advice don't waste you time at this place.

It was a very interesting place to visit. Not typical catacombs that you may have seen in other cities. I highly recommend it.

Good, but nothing compared to upper Egypt tombs

This is an interesting find, and tombs dating back to 300 BC, at least but still they are nothing like the tombs in Luxor or Aswan. Worth the small entry price and challenging walk.

Was Alexanfer the Great here ?

According to our guide, these tombs go back to the times of Alexander the Great. There are a few tombs and appears to be about 50 burial slots. Not a lot of information about this spot and our guide stated not too many people visit the site. Would like to know more

Not much to see here so we didn't pay the admission to enter and shot our photos from the outside. You can see the site through the bars of the iron fence. More convenient to visit than the tombs of Mustafa Kamil however.

Great Collections.. but no proper explanation or proper guide. Need more english translation posters for better understanding. At the entrance, no sign board available.

Never knew it was historical until recently
This place is just like an old cemetery. U dont have to pay 20pound if u want to see it from outside the gate, which for me is good enough. U can see everything clearly from the outside. For me its not worth spending 20 pound to see from inside
