Visiting Constanta you MUST see the Old Cassino building. A building with no other to look like right overlooking the Black Sea.

It's a lane many like to choose for strolling . I recommend a guide to tell you more about the Casino. You can ask at a hostel about one if you're staying there.

Two security guards are there to turn you away. They were pleasant enough but it was disappointing nevertheless. I think there must be lots of masonry ready to fall down. Shame on the authorities for not restoring it.
