This is one of the oldest museums in the world, and it holds a vast collection of classic art but also relics from the Roman era and before. Many great places around the Grand Square area to visit.

This is the place to see Romanian art. Right on the plaza Mare. Senior discount with ID (passport). Has some European art and some period furniture too. Well worth an hour.

The Brukenthal is worth visiting regardless of your art proficiency. They have a hefty discount for groups (10 people) and for students. I think the Romanian exhibition is much richer than the European one, but this is just an opinion. Also - friendly staff and...More

A museum where you can spend some beautiful hours admiring paintings (painters as Grigorescu, Luchian) and famous sculptures. Worth to see it!

superb painters from Europe and Romania great creations you have to pay a ticket at the entrance, and the value depends on dor what do you want to visit a recommended to visit the museum is located in the big square

You can spend a fie hours of relaxing and viewing the beautiful paintings in this art museum. You can find here paintings from Grigorescu and Luchian among other great painters.

Baron's Brukenthal privitate art collection and romanian famous paitors like Grigorescu,Luchian,Tonitza art can be viewed inside the mansion. A must see in Sibiu.
