We used Taxi Pajo twice, first for a ride from Dubrovnik to Mostar, then for a ride from Mostar to Sarajevo. Mili was incredibly responsive to emails from the getgo and throughout our trip. Maja, our driver for both trips, was very timely, friendly, and a safe driver. She suggested we visit Blagaj on the way to Sarajevo, which we initially hadn't planned, and made it happen for us (and didn't even ask extra fare for it!). Pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend for all your travel needs in the Balkans.

. We had a superlative experience with Mili, A true gentleman, diligent , prompt, very punctual, had our comfort and safety his topmost priority. He gave us valuable tips about places to visit. Conversations with him were enlightening- be it history, his experiences , his views or just fun facts. His car was spic and span. He navigated the borders with ease, located our Airbnb's, helped us with our luggage, and made himself indispensable. We loved meeting his lovely family/ Mili is a genuinely nice person, and very trustworthy. We are already planning another trip with him. He is not intrusive and is very polite and respectful. He is THE person to travel with and he can drive to most European countries- not necessary limited to private transfers from point A to B. His rates are very reasonable, and he accepts credit cards which is a plus.

We used Taxi Pajo twice whilst in Bosnia. Our car hire we had booked weeks before in Sarajevo fell through (“sorry we can’t honour your car hire contract as we don’t have enough cars today”??), so we had to work out some transport. We stumbled upon Taxi Pajo who gave us a fantastic service. Easy communication through WhatsApp, prompt service (they arrived to the minute both times!). We booked Taxi Pajo for 5hrs one day to drive us to the sights around Mostar and then to transport us from Mostar to Sarajevo Airport. Cars were modern & comfortable and both drivers were safe. I’d definitely use Pajo again.

I used Taxi Pajo four times for airport transfers from Sarajevo to Mostar, back to Sarajevo, as well as from Mostar to Dubrovnik. I used Taxi Pajo for myself as well as when traveling with a small group. The cars and vans are always clean and comfortable and the drivers are always punctual, helpful, friendly, and safe. Communication beforehand is really clear. I will continue using Taxi Pajo when traveling in Bosnia-Hercegovina and would recommend this company.

Using Taxi Pajo was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing transfers or for multi-city trips. Booking was extremely easy as Mili is very responsive via WhatsApp. A friend and I used him for a 6 day trip through the Balkans (Bosnia and Hercegovinia, Croatia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia). Mili was extremely professional, ALWAYS punctual, available, and a safe driver. In addition, he put in the extra effort to make our trip easy by providing helpful recommendations/tips throughout, and he even exchanged some currency with us to save time and ensure we could see everything we wanted to. I learned he also does trips in more of Europe than just the Balkans, so I'm most definitely using him again if I'm in the area.
