Museum was long on generalized praises for the natural beauty of Herzegovina and its local lore, but maddeningly vague on historical details and context to explain its exhibits. Museum consists of only four exhibit rooms. Audio handsets worked well for providing English language narration. No...More

The Museum of Herzegovina is a compact museum that display artefacts from the local life over the centuries. It's compact and located in an old building a bit aside from the center.

You watch a 5 minute video which shows the history of the bridge, then you see the museum which is very small but for the price you pay it's fair. A good way to kill 30 minutes.

Small but interesting museum. Don't expect fancy museography. Artefacts and pictures from different time periods are displayed with informative comments (in Bosnian and English). If you're interested in the history of the Balkans but you're not familiar with it at all, you may need complementary...More

This is a small museum for 2.50€. Great views from the top of the bridge and shops. Below they have films. A nice stop for a few minutes.

A good place to visit on a rainy day, this museum has a good collection of items to give one some perspective on Mostar. It also has an excellent movie about the destruction and reconstruction of the Bridge.

Surely worth a visit. The museum shows what the war in "Bosnia" did to the city. You could cry your heart out. Afterwards you ought to walk around the city to see the actual damage - there is still a lot to see. And we...More
