This Renaissance palace was home to local nobility, the Grubonja family. It is not open to the public, but there are a few architectural details on its exterior worth viewing. Most interesting is the brick arch over the street on the north side of the...More

Without a very very keen eye Grubonja Palace is not noticeable at all. You'll see it when you enter the old town but it won't catch your eye. It's not really a tourist attraction.

Nowadays no different to the other buildings within the old town however, of particular interest is the arch entrance to the upper fortress, above the arch is sculptor of a winged lion. Worth a look during an exploration of the city.

Located in the piazza as soon as you enter through the Sea Gate, it’s the building attached to the Clock Tower. Doesn’t seem that interesting at all but it’s part of the architecture that’s there so give it a quick glance, although I doubt you’d...More

In the center of Kotor we came across this lovely building, it was in a small square. Lovely to look at. Quite a surprise when you turn a corner

Located to the right of the entrance to the wall-walk, the building was once famous as old Kotor's pharmacy (14th century). It's really just a pass-by and hear about the history type of an attraction.

Located right at the entrance of the old city, it is a good meet up point if you and your friend would like to spilt up to explore. Adjcent to it is an open area where you can find some cafes.
