The former Bueskuca's Palace now serves as the Hotel Maria, although the sign is still there, with a lion sitting proudly over the main door. Tucked away in a quiet side street off the Main Square, it is not to be missed.
When visiting the old town be sure to look up as there is so much to see. The building itself is unassuming however, the highlight is the ornate entrance (portal) to the building, beautifully crafted gothic architecture.
Above the entry, there is a very interesting (but slightly damaged) Gothic relief of a lion. That is really the main attraction to this historic building.
