Went to the opera 'Aida', a balcony ticket was only 10 euro a person. The performance is made with a live orchestra which was very nice. Only problem was that the subtitles were in syrillic so we were unable to read that.

I just went to see the LvivMozart festival's Opening Concert here, playing Franz Xaver Mozart's First Spring Day Cantata, which was phenomenal. Acoustic is quite good for an opera theatre, too. A must visit place in Lviv.

When I came to Lviv, the first place where I wanted to go is the theatre. It was so amazing! I think the first place where you have to go is Lviv Theatre! So i can recommend, and from my side am giving 5 stars!

Great architecture. Not only outside of the building but also the inside including ceilings is just amazing.

We bought a couple tickets to see something of the Opera House - we were not sure what to expect. We went upstairs in this very attractive building and were somehow drawn to the a door that led to the upper circle. There were several...More

We just walked around to see the classical architecture inside. The seating is interesting and the decor deliberately ornate. Seemed a little expensive to just explore the building.

Tickets to shows here are super cheap...as low as 20 UAH...we saw a ballet even though it's not really our thing...go a bit early to check out the beautiful interior...

This is certainly one of the most beautiful opera houses in Europe, or in the world. Very impressive both from outside and inside. The best legacy of Austrian architecture. The decorations inside are a masterpiece. Must see!

We felt very priviledged to see the interior of this beautiful building. It's as build with no modern adaptations and is a wonderful example of fin de siecle architecture and decor.

this is a standard procedure, you have to wait patiently, as you would have to have direct access to the Opera. Do not worry, if you will be for a few days, for sure you will find something interisting best regareds Pawelino... More

There really is no dress code. If you are planning on seeing the opera or ballet at the theater I would recommend a suit; however, if you are simply going on a tour casual dress is fine.
