We travelled into Sibenik via the channel on cruise ship we loved it. Very scenic and the town is very pleasant. THe people are friendly and was a lovely place just to chill. Lots of little lanes and streets to lose yourself and take many...More

Just like approaching Venice by water across the lagoon, the best way to visit Sibernik is by sea through the channel into the harbour. The harbour is not part of the Adriatic, but is a sort of delta for the river Krka. The channel is...More

The Sibernik, Croatia channel-harbor is a very scenic area and has a lot of military history with four historic fortresses built nearby. One of these fortresses built in the mid 16th century is named Saint. Nicholas and is located at the entrance to the Saint...More

In front of Sibenik there are several islands to visit, one fortress, Krka river, and more things. Excursions and trips to the nearby islands are available, and the views from above are really nice.

Beautiful small but very busy harbour with an easy access to town centre or the free beach. It offers great views and it is accessible for all ages really. We really enjoyed our strolls around the harbour.

If traveling long distance, it's not a bad spot to stop and stretch your legs. Nothing breathtaking, just offers nice stroll with sea at one side and Old Town on other. There is convenient car park near bus terminal and couple of cafés/restaurants on you...More

Allegedly the most secluded harbour in the Adriatic coast - the maze of channels the river Krka created is magnificent. Its power and width, how it carved its way into the sea is something worth seeing! The best view is from the closest town's fortress.
