Worth a visit just for the fabulous view over Sibenik. You can drive up and there are parking spaces next to Barone fort. St Johns fort is a short walk along a track from here. Walk around the fort and you can get in at...More

It is worth the climb for the views from the top. On the top level they have put in an auditorium which is an interesting addition and must be quite an experience to see live music in an old fort. There is a cafe at...More

This attraction requires a lot of walking to get to the top of the fortress but is well worth it for the views it gives over Sibernik and coast in General. I would recommend it highly.

Lot of trash, nothing else but nice view. Path full of dog crap. So be careful. Barb wire along side.

I live nearby this place so basicly I grown up here 😎 this fortress has one of most beautiful views in Šibenik area. Sunsets are pricless. Game of thrones was filming here! So that is the greatest recommendations for this place.

I think there's a beautiful view, but everywhere you look there's junk... You can find the way easy but there is no table about this fortress

Worth the climb up for the views of the town, sea and islands. Whilst I'm sure the new modern additions make a fantastic arena and auditorium for live shows, I'm not sure about using a beautiful old fortress in this way and whether it detracts...More

St. John's is very cool. It is a ruin so allow your imagination to go wild. It is about a 5 minute walk along an easy horizontal path from the first fortress, which you reach via a steep hill's walk (which does not take long...More

This fortress is very close to the Subicevac fortress which has been developed and therefore has an entry fee. A couple of minutes walk down the track will take you to St John's Fortress, slightly higher up on the hill. It's more of a ruin,...More
