This is a very nice museum with a great and well arranged collection, but the problem is that only the ground floor is air conditioned making it impossible to see the nicer upper floors where the main collection is located as they get impossibly hot in the summer. This museum is excellent. It is totally recommended, because they show all Croatian history and they have so much multimedia content to explain you the collection. the explanation on the Cathedral history and building process is one of the best I have seen so far. Do not miss it, it should be more popular.

It is worth stopping at this small museum and spending about 1 hour looking at the exhibits. The ground floor contains interesting information on the history of the town. The upper 2 floors gives you a better appreciation of what the town was like under the various different rulers and also gives information on notable inhabitants of Sibenik.
