Sitting here in the shade sipping ice coffee $7 with a decent breeze. Killing time til room (15 min walk) is ready. It is crowded and noisy with lots of conversations. I’d swim except no suit. Water is magnificent.

This is one of the better beaches in the city. Good facilities, loos are a bit manky, but the rest is great. Calm and beautiful waters, or just watch the ships come in.

Decided to treat ourselves to one of the big beds by the sea. Think £120 for 4 all day with complimentary cold fruit bowl. All 4 fitted and made a nice change from pebbles. Didn’t try cafe or service as brought a picnic with us....More

From memory, I don’t think there are any steps and it’s all tarmac’d or fairly flat. That’s the walk from Gruz Harbour. The walk to/from Lapad (the other direction) does I think have some steps.
