Nice beach. Very small but enough space. Only stones really so not the most comfortable unless you get a sun lounger, charged us 200kuna for 2 chairs and umbrella. Very pricey! Lose marks for this. Restaurant and toilet at the beach though which is good but again pricey.

Not the best beach and not the worst. The problem is mainly there's too many people. The pros, great views of the outside city wall!

The beach enjoys its privileged position (close to the old town). You can relax and have breakfast (lunch) in a cozy restaurant nearby. Using its advantageous location, the beach workers do not particularly worry about service and cleanliness. The main thing is to walk among the vacationers once a day and collect a fee for the use of sun loungers. Collecting a considerable fee for their use it is high time to carry out the renovation of sun loungers, soft mattresses and linens. Paying for a luxury chaise lounge (400 kn per day, which is almost $ 80), you end up with a shabby mattress with stains and two old towels (sometimes with holes) that do not cover even half of the chaise lounge. The service staff is not friendly. They understand that tourists are a temporary phenomenon on their beach. There will be no one - there will be others. The occupancy of the beach in August, taking into account the coronavirus, was somewhere around 70%. I think the beach is more congested during the normal season

This beach is the closest to the old town so very convenient to visit, but sadly the positives end there... It was really rather crowded (particularly considering this is during coronavirus so there is usually loads more tourists anyway), they were charging for use of the sunbeds and umbrellas, and the sand is that horrible sharp rocky sand not comfy at all.
