Walked in here almost by accident. Photos on the walls of the men who died during the war. Brought it home how recent it was, people younger than me who were fighting for their town while I was working away in a safe insurance office 20 years ago. Much respect to them.

This is a small but fascinating visit. It brings into perspective the modern history and the personal tragedies of many. Visit without expectations other than to be touched.

I felt that this memorial room was moving and evocative. The war and the heroes are not forgotten and it is moving to look at the photos. It's not for everyone (my wife took one look and decided she'd spend the time on the Placa). If you've read about the war and the destruction in Dubrovnik this memorial will probably... More

This was tastefully done and brought home all the lost of life and the suffering that still goes on by those that were maimed

Very moving, despite the little information provided. It did, however, give a flavour of the awfulness of the Homeland War. Given the numbers visiting Dubrovnik, it would seem like a good idea to offer information in other languages so that more people have an idea of what took place.

An excellent tribute to the men of Dubrovnik who sacrificed their lives for their city. Definitely worth a visit. Ticket price is 25Kn.

I wouldn't go out of my way to see this exhibit. I enjoyed the extensive exhibits (including an amazing video) at the Imperial Fortress better.
